This was the last straw. I will not longer come back. My order is always messed up in some way. Now, they charge $.50 per sauce. I asked for marinara with my Mozarella sticks and they charged $.50 it’s crazy to me, you don’t even get marinara WITH mozzarella sticks?? Definitely not coming back.

Alyssa and the entire crew that worked Xmas eve showed excellent customer service! The place was packed but they were fast, friendly and extremely efficient!! I come here atleast once a week. The “SMASHER” was excellent! The footlong Chilie Cheese dogs are always great! This location is my favorite, it’s always consistent. Car hops work hard with great attitudes as well does the inside crew.Manager even showed great customer service by checking on us because we we’re here longer than normal, eating, talking & posting this review . Even brought us samples of a new drink for my kids! One of the best locations in DFW I’ve been to! Will definitely be back soon!!

Nice Sonic location in Mesquite. The service was pretty quick despite them being busy. The frozen desserts are great. Prices are reasonable. The portions sizes for shakes, Sonic Blasts , etc. are pretty good too. The person that came out with our order was nice and friendly. I recommend this Sonic location for the service. ✨

This is the second time we’ve been let down by this location.
The first time, someone put strawberries in my wife’s order. Mind you, she’s allergic so that was strike one.
Tonight, months later, we went back and order ice cream for our kids and I watched the screen progress to “order is on its way” before our order was ever started on.
Once the ice cream arrived it was literally a cup of soft serve with a small scoop of topping thrown on the top and was halfway melted.
Won’t be going back.

The service is okay because if you send money in there and they bring you your chain they ain’t going to bring you the right change. They’re actually going to make it seem like that they don’t have change and say make you think it’s a tip. Count your money as you get it

Came here on bogo coney day and it was buy one get a free one and i confirmed it when i ordered so i oredeted a coney combo and 2 coneys why i didnt get no free coneys they gave me what i ordered the lady explained i dont get a free coney with a combo but still didnt bring the other 2 out so out of frustration i ordered 2 more cause i needed 4 and i wasnt charged but i was on my card this is why i stopped coming to sonic period they always expect a tip and feel some type of way when they dont get it but dont do anything right outside of drinks i wont be spending a penny here anymore its no reason i should be sitting there for 20 mins because they not honoring whats advertised on their app.

Ordered a large dragonfruit lemonade with strawberries and absolutely was the best drink I have ever ordered at a sonic location and I get these quite a bit I wish I would’ve got the girls name that brought me my drink out with green hair and the great lipstick but you made my visit so great thank you!

Service always seems pretty quick, food is hot (most of the time), but they definitely need more smiling faces. Always love the happy hours though! 🙂

I went in a total of 3 times, and each time got shorted my food. I would order a blast, and it would come out with a huge chunk missing from the top. The first 2 times, they ‘tried’ to make it right, but the 3rd time they told me “our manager tells us to not add enough ice cream, because its too expensive. so we arent able to make another one that is full because of orders from the manager”.
I kid you not! The manager is telling employees to short the customers so they can save money on ice cream!!! I reported them to corporate, but was offered a free blast (that would be half full) and a $5 coupon (only if I used their app, though). I want to make sure people know that they are greedy and out for money and not customer service. To cheat (rob) a customer of money when they pay for an item should be (is) illegal. But I, of course, am just a measly customer so what do I know. Oh wait, I worked for an attorneys office. Maybe Ill reach out.

I will say the food was hot the person that came out to my vehicle was very happy friendly enjoyed the service the only thing I didn’t like is it needed to be cleaned outside the building I’ve included pictures
