The location isn’t ideal. But the food tastes the same. I only grabbed a pretzel and cheese. So, no high expectations. The person who took my order seemed less than enthusiastic to be at work and had a hard time managing the simple order. It was however made Swifty and delivered hot. So, there’s that.

This is the best Sonic when you ask for extra mayo they really give you extra mayo. It’s almost like they are being sarcastic about the extra mayo. But it’s cool I love it. And they get a 5 star review for it

Ordered a medium sweet tea during happy hour & after, LITERALLY 4 SIPS, my tea was gone. I opened the top only to discover my cup was COMPLETELY FILLED WITH ICE! I mean, damn! I know the drink was half price but I didn’t know that meant I’d get half the drink! What they gave me could’ve fit in the mini cup. Now I’m still eating & have nothing to drink. Y’all gotta do better!

So, I ordered two foot long chili dogs from the sonic. The second bite in, a roach was discovered in the chili dog . Please refer to the photos. I did return the product and am currently waiting on a refund. I would suggest anyone stay away! 0 out of 10…WOULD NOT recommend.

The customer service was very rude and lack luster tonight. Got a “what you want” when the person came on the intercom, then proceeded by “what else” every time I paused to give them time to get everything entered. The food comes and I check the bag and ask for groove sause, immediately without even thinking the girl who delivered the food said we’re out and walked off. Even left a decent tip since it was closer to closing for them….

waited 10 minutes at 1 stall with no response after hitting button multiple times. went a few stalls over and another 10 minutes no response. sitting in the drive thru right now and no response been five minutes but the person in front of me got immediately served. place is a joke

This is the 2nd time at this location and its worse than the first. My burger is cold again. Cheese won’t melt. No condiments that I asked for.
