I used the drive-thru to get an unsweetened tea with extra mango. So good! My only issue is that sometimes you get more ice than tea. My Route44 was completely full of ice and not much tea.

I’m normally not one to do reviews but over the last week I’ve been to this sonic 4 times and each time my order was messed up. I’ve had to go up there each time to have it fixed. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed but they seem to be very slow despite me seeing over 6 employees I waited 12 minutes for one drink. I try to give a little grace because we are all human but some times it’s just about paying attention to the orders.

Went to Sonic today and not only did they get the order wrong but my daughter had to go to the bathroom and that is the main reason I’m going to leave this review. First off the bathroom has no handle whatsoever and you have to pull on a tiny little knob. Then when we walked in the floor was soaked with absolutely no wet floor sign. You can tell there is a bug in the water by the pictures. And also I don’t know what this other thing is on the floor but it was right by the women’s bathroom door.

I had a coupon for my order- chicken nuggets, 2 corn dogs and the fries . everything was cold and hard – WOW! Twice this has happened to me from Sonic. I will not go back.

Visited this location on 2/16/2025 through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Upon pulling up to the window we explained our order not once but 3 times to the girl, she then processed to ask us again what the name and items where because there were “two orders” with the same name. We then waited 10 minutes for them to provide our food. We pulled forward by the stalls where you order food and when checking the items they have us NONE OF IT WAS OUR ORDER, mind you I showed the receipt and verbally went over what should of been in our bags. We pulled back around and explained that the order was completely wrong and gave me the items that were given to us. They proceeded to ask AGAIN what our items were and we waited another 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got home a started eating our food there was a HAIR in one of our burgers.
I called the restaurant and spoke to the male manager on duty and he proceeded to apologize and ask if we wanted it remade or a “free meal on us” I explained I did not want either due to the lack of customer service and the quality of the food. He then said he would refund me for the order. It’s now been a week and there was never a refund issued, I called again on 2/21/2025 and spoke to a female manager and she took my information and claimed someone would call me back.
Don’t claim you will do something for your customers and then not proceed with it. Bad enough we got terrible service plus a hair on our food.
I don’t recommend this location who knows what other unsanitary things are done while prepping the food.

Do NOT go to this Sonic on a Saturday night. We ordered a hot fudge sundae with Reese’s and a chocolate chip cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough. After 20 minutes past when the app said we were supposed to have food, we contacted them to ask about our food. The sundae came out half melted and the blast only had cookie dough on top. Waste of time and money at this Sonic.

I regret to say that this Sonic location is the worst I have ever visited. I have given them numerous chances, but they consistently disappoint. I usually order through the app to take advantage of half-price drinks, but I often find myself waiting over 20 minutes, even when I only order drinks. I frequently have to press the button for assistance, and while staff assure me that my drinks are on the way, it often takes another 10 minutes for them to arrive.
Yesterday was the final straw—I waited over 30 minutes for three drinks without any apology or effort to address the situation. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope it can be improved for future customers.
