The people here are nice, but that is it. We consistently receive disgusting food here. Sadly, they sent my elderly mother home with these onion rings that aren’t fit for human consumption. Having to go back to the restaurant, call management, etc, gets old.
Edit: she went back to have them remake them. No one apologized or anything, and the “fresh” ones look almost as bad.

ive been going to this sonic for years and since the location change they have only gotten worse with the customer service and cooking. last night i went through the drive thru and waited at the speaker for almost 5 minutes while the staff and managers were all standing around inside. i know of at least one person that had a headset on. i decided to see if the stalls would get their attention so i went to one and pressed the button, waited for almost 5 minutes before having to beckon over a manager that was already outside. she didn’t seem to be too concerned about my situation and i waited another 10 minutes for a corndog and some luke warm tater tots. this sonic frequently gets mine and my family’s orders wrong and they also frequently give customers luke warm food. in addition to all this, the management seems to have little remorse for these issues. i wasn’t offered an apology or anything. as a fast food employee myself, i know how these situations should be handled properly, and they evidently do not. do better.

The new Sonic is nice bc it has a large jungle gym for kids and ample parking.
I eat at Sonic rarely, but everything was consistent with what you’d expect from Sonic. Quick service and fresh food.
I got a blast with Reese’s and it had a decent amount of toppings. The fries tasted sweet which I found unappetizing.
It just feels insanely expensive for fast food. A double-bacon smash burger, medium fry, and two small blasts were almost $20.

Easy order 3 drinks and an order of cheese sticks. How do they forget to put the marinara sauce in the bag?

Management was very unprofessional. Whenever I got my food, most of it was overcooked or stale. When a problem was addressed management reacted unprofessionally the talks were still my chicken sandwich was burnt black and the breading on the chicken is soggy and a different color pointing to old unchanged oil, and possibly not cooking long enough. There was missing mozzarella sticks, groovy fries were stale And the Coney just looks awful and unappetizing

I’m a door dasher and I was given the wrong order the customer asked me to come back get right order in which they asked for the food back that had been handled by 2 different people even if it was in a bag. Big no no! Very nasty. When I can’t get an alcohol delivery out I’m not allowed to return it how would I be able to to return food. So y’all are going to resale those cheese sticks I assume! Gross!

Service was super fast and Friendly
Food seemed a little better quality than most Sonic locations
Playground was a huge plus as the kids had an absolute blast!
Highly recommended if you’re local or even just passing through with kids while traveling

Was definitely disappointed today as I ordered a bunch of drinks and one of them came completely wrong, I had already driven all the way to Wills Point before noticing the mistake so I turned around and drove back to Canton to tell them the order was incorrect they immediately and without hesitation replaced the drink however requested that I give them the old drink back as if they didn’t believe me or something it was still completely full and honestly struck a nerve because they should have at the very least let me keep the mistake drink even though it wasn’t what was ordered for having to come all the way back to get the correct one… I don’t know if that sounds unreasonable but to me that would have definitely shown me that cared about the inconvenience and certainly wouldn’t have ended in a review this way..

My wife and I had gotten drinks about an hour ago. She had been given the wrong one so we politely asked for a redo. After given the lemon berry slush she drank some and found nail clippings. After calling the store I was immediately told that there is no way this was store even though we had pictures. There was more than one so it was very deliberate. We will not be returning
