If no starts was an option it would be what I’d put here. The fact that’s it’s a “fast” food restaurant with no more than maybe 4 people in the parking lot and it took almost 25 minutes for A SINGLE ORDER OF TATERTOTS is absolutely ridiculous. We will not be returning to this location as it seems the night shift isn’t worried about customer service.

I went to sonic for the first time in probably a year the food was awful. The french fries were cold. Hamburger didn’t even taste like a hamburger. I ordered a strawberry Sprite with extra ice and extra strawberries. The Sprite taste like the CO2 is out i i will not be going back to sonic there for a long time.

They literally get my drink order wrong every time I go there.it is extremely annoying because I get one of the most simple shakes you can make. I only go to this location because it is the closest to me. It is very frustrating to spend my money and not get what I asked for.

I truly do not understand why if I ask for a hamburger, I get a cheeseburger??my family does not like cheese. My husband will not eat the burger if cheese is on it. If I ask for a hamburger plain and dry, I almost always still get ketchup and onions with pickle. I just came home with food and I asked for a hamburger. They didn’t ask did you want cheese? They just put it on. People always say you should check the food before you leave. Good grief.

For two cars ahead of me it took 15 minutes in a fast food drive thru , once got to the window I was charged more than I was supposed to I came during happy hour for the large drink I was still charged 2.82 cents more for the drink I ask about it and she only gives me 1.63 cent back I said that’s not how much I should be getting back I wasn’t charged the correct price she says I’ll just take it out my tips as if she just gave herself her own tip with MY money . Tried to give me a problem about it I just took the 1.63 cents and decided to just leave this review and not return to this location again .

Had the chicken broaster Club sandwich with the jalapeno Jack cheese, sauteed thin slice mushrooms and jalapenos…the pickle sauce was authentic and pretty good to, I add them to some soup or big Joe’s Ramens ha ha 9/29/23 great food again, lotta Cadillacs stop in here, kinda a divey type spot, got a quick pick up jalapeno burger and sour limeade was really 9-30-23 good drink 10/23 great lil stop …peaceful. 10/12/23-great tater tots here, they had a. Church rally to gather some folks and Sonic did the catering at Fairview Baptist. We really enjoyed this, had the buffalo wings-fries and Oreo strawberry cheesecake master shake after the Adams family movie ..was good with zydeco sauce …they had a pretty nice Dodge Challenger their, Halloween decorations…this place keeps getting better 11/8/23, had short change of $242 on me, the little girl was so nice she covered my double cheeseburger out of her pocket. I tried to return the money she said no just pay it back and help the next waitress get on her feet. A young proud black woman. THANK YOU lil girl. Your a blessing to the business

I placed an order, waited for a little bit, and an associate came out to my car with the wrong order. No problem, I’ll wait since my payment already went through… well, I didn’t think I’d be waiting 40 minutes! hit or miss.

We got the absolute best service from a lovely young woman around 11pm. She was genuinely going out of her way to make sure all of our food was good and that we got our extra condiments. And let me just say it was the best one I ever had. New favorite midnight spot.
