We went through the drive thru and you could hardly understand what she is asking (sounded muffled). Once we got to the window we asked to repeat order and all was good. At home eating and stirring my grape slush with Nerds and saw something that did not seem normal. What is this? See pics. Fate location.

8.25.24 The worst location ever! We had order a small real fruit strawberry slush! And we were not given what we asked. I told the chick who brought our drink out this was the wrong drink and she said the strawberry’s are at the bottom you have to mix it they didn’t do it!! SERIOUSLY!!!!! Why do I have to mix my own drink when I paid for it to be done! She refused to bring us another one! I mixed my drink the color never changed it tastes like tap water with ice and strawberries were just randomly added! Never coming back to this location again! And on top of that no straw was given! Luckily I had an extra pink Brahms straw in my car! Money down the drain literally!

I’ve been here a few times in the drive thru, this time sitting down inside. I’ve never had any serious issues like the other reviews, but I keep my orders simple as possible anyway. My food was really decent and the employee inside was exceptionally nice. Only she went to lunch after taking my order and another guy handed my order with small fries instead of large. I’m not mad, but it’s not what I paid for. At $9.00+ for a meal, it needs to be correct. I like the melty style cheese here, but not on the burgers. OCEAN WATER!

I frequent this Sonic and I use to love this location when they first opened…but they have really been falling short lately. On this trip my food was EXTREMELY cold!!! Cheese did not even melt to patty. I will not EVER come back to this location. You have lost a customer. This photo is after I made it home so the cheese did have ample time to melt

I come here very often at least once a week. I ordered a recess sonic blast. They didn’t even fill it 3/4 full. They didn’t mix the ice cream either. There is a white hair as well on the cup smh. This was by far the worse experience here. Next time ima just got off on the staff.

Horrible experience tonight! Been hungry all night. Finally decided to make the drive out to Sonic since it’s so close by. For some reason,
I had thought this place was open 24/7 like the gas station. Instead of telling me they were choosing down and had no hot food, they served me with a cold cheeseburger. It was disgusting taking a bite out of that cold burger. Buns were not toasted and soggy by the time I had unwrapped the burger. The patty wasn’t freshly cooked. It looked like the leftover ones that has been sitting out. The cheese was not melted. Tots were not hot but at least crispy. Called and spoke with the Manager Rosa and she couldn’t refund me my money because they had closed out their register. She said she’ll make a note of tonight’s disaster and I can come back and get my refund. I hope they will honor their word since they didn’t have the integrity to serve fresh hot food and give me honest customer service. I knew something wasnt right when the cashier acted differently when she handed me my food. Will keep you guys posted.

BEWARE, they have 3 employees taking pictures of cards and using them. When brought to the “managers” attention, my daughter was told “well that’s not really our problem.” After she told them it’s been reported to the bank, he said “well we can try and look into it. “
Spoke too soon. Now all I have are issues with this place. Just spent half an hour in the drive thru. They gave me a burger that looks like the patty had bites taken out of it. And jalapeños that I didn’t order on my burger. No mayo, hardly any lettuce. It looks like they just threw the first burger of someone else’s off the line in my bag because they forgot about me and had me there for so long. They always get the order wrong or forget something. What happened to this place? Who did y’all fire that was keeping y’all in line? cause you need to hire them back!

Drive thru only location, but order ahead still available. Not amazing customer service but good. Sonic is so often wildly hit-or-miss that it’s nice when you find one that’s at least competently run. Word to the wise, you get what you pay for on the 2 for $5 deals. Pictured below is one of the 2 for $5 1/4 lb burgers, which is slightly bigger that a slider, smh. Pretty good though, for a burger I can eat in 5 bites.
