The service here is HORRIBLE ! I placed a mobile order for a lemonade and a slush and they come out saying they’re out of lemonade and they can’t cancel my order or refund me. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn’t put any marinara sauce and I told the girl and she said she was going to go get some , I waited 10 minutes and pressed the button to ask for it and she said they’re out of marinara ??? WHY WASNT THIS SAID TO ME 10 MINUTES AGO THEN? now my food is cold and I got a drink i didn’t want.

Don’t even bother. If you think the drive through will be faster than the other menus think again! I ordered a burger, chicken sandwich and fries and TWO people behind me got their food before I did and I didn’t even get the sauces that I asked for.

Slow service and messed up our order. Hot fudge shake came out with no hot fudge and no whipped cream. Didn’t get our order until a staff member asked if we were okay and we had to tell them we were waiting for our order to come out. Decided it wasn’t worth getting our order fixed because it took so long the first time.

Order taken correctly, pretty much everything came out of the kitchen wrong. Croissant instead of bread, single hamburger vs double bacon cheeseburger. Wrong sides. Receipt was correct.

Earlier this week, I stopped at this location. Ordered the Double meat Pattie Melt and Tater Tots advertised on t.v. for 3.99. To go. The meat was dried up and over-cooked. And the bread was almost soggy, not crispy. The service was o.k.

Don’t even think about what you want – just order, and be quick about it. Less than 3 minutes of looking at the menu, and I’m locked in staring contest with some employee. I frequent this location after my dental visits, but maybe it’s time to stain my teeth with ocean water at a different location.
