I was first in line for drive thru and I ordered a m&m blast, ice cup, sprite, medium fries and chicken bites. The first in line and I have a second car behind me and this has been the longest LONGESTT TIME TO WAIT!!! My lunch break was almost over and my ice cream melted… never coming back again!!!

They need to show them what good customer service looks like. First we had to repeat our order three times, until she ringed up right. I should of checked the order before heading home but when I got home I realize I had asked for the double bacon burger and got a single meat burger no bacon.

I visited this Sonic location at 10:39 PM on August 04, 2025 and I was told they weren’t taking any more orders due to parking lot cleaning. I found this disappointing, especially since the location is supposed to close at 11:00 PM.
All I wanted was ice cream, and I wasn’t aware that cleaning the parking lot would prevent staff from taking simple orders. If cleaning impacts service that significantly, it would be helpful to adjust posted hours.

The service is stellar, the team cares and are prompt. I would give the food a five star if it was healthier, but hey it’s cheat day. Thank you for keeping the standard and maintaining the nostalgia.

TERRIBLE service. Pulled up and one of the stalls seemed like it wasn’t working waited 5 minutes then went to another one. Order took about 10 minutes and the lady forgot to bring a straw we order a mini master blast. Took her 10 minutes to bring out a straw. The caramel brownie master blast had only 3 yes THREE brownies in it. Saw other people leaving due to wait time. Seemed like same lady taking orders making them and delivering them. Never again this location

Shack provided excellent assistance! When I ordered through the drive-thru with only my digital card, he guided me through downloading the app, placing the order, and using my digital card seamlessly. Super helpful and efficient!
