I recently visited one of your locations and ordered a large sweet tea, but it ended up being pretty bitter. I found out that there’s been a change in how much sugar’s being used, and it’d be great to understand if that’s a permanent switch.
With food prices climbing everywhere, I understand adjustments, but I was disappointed by the experience. Even if it’s just a drink, I really believe top-notch customer service should always be a priority… ♂️

The experience mostly varies as there are different staff running the place. Sometimes we would get an okay experience, but sometimes not. One time when we got there at 9.32 PM on a Thursday the server said they were closed?? And that was on a normal weekday, no holidays. It was only 9 but they always close at 11 PM, so that was upsetting because we had to drive all the way to there just to have the staff not feeling like making the order as we had already paid online. There was lots of other cars in the drive thru at the same exact time we were there when they said they’ve “closed”. Can’t believe this..

Management should be so disappointed in themselves for 2 very reasonable reasons.
1.They can’t break a $100 bill and are missing out on sales and deny and creating bias agaisnt unbanked persons…
2. For letting down their employees who so calmly, respectfully and nicely handled my complaint in person. What a great employee and you are letting him down and missing sales… he deserves managements job and just a job in general.
Instead he has employer who refuses to capture all sales…

I have been going to sonic for over 20 years and I have never had bad food come out like this I also don’t show to this location often for a reason.
To start this off the car hop kids are good and don’t deserve any back lash they did their job and I gave mine his tip in cash 5$.
Going forward my lack of beef is with the kitchen person. No joke my chilly cheese tots was supposed to have extra extra chilli cheese it’s a staple I get regularly and I know what it’s supposed to look like, I used to make them in the kitchen the photo is normal Chile cheese tots
As for the BBQ chicken tendies, like come on these babies are supposed to be coated head to toe in sauce its not. my job to roll them in the plastic tray to get some BBQ on them it’s the cooks job to make sure they are head to to covered.
A little upsetting because after driving 30minutes to get food and waiting another 45 for food with and 9 people ahead of me I figured the easiest thing to make would not get messed up

I am in complete shock. We have ordered from this sonic for years. When I got home I started to eat my crispy chicken sandwich and noticed a weird texture. Once I took a look at the chicken- I immediately got sick because the middle was completely RAW. I will never come back to this sonic! So disappointing

Very disappointed ☹️ I love sonic but lately it has been garbage. It’s like ppl don’t care what they serve to other ppl or understand that mishandling food can make ppl sick, especially my 17month old son who I ordered chicken tenders for and they’re old. The order took a while so I’m expecting everything was fresh but nope, M&M blast had no M&Ms and didn’t realize until I got home. Took it back, they took the same one that had melted by this time and added M&Ms, and now it’s basically a shake. I’ve been a restaurant manager & chef half my life so I know when someone is puttin old tenders in with even older tenders. For one you can tell by the difference in color. Whole meal was old, toast was old and tough, didn’t put the sauce I requested, and the tots were hard as hell. I just threw it away and gave my baby my coney hot dog cuz I didn’t want him sick. Which btw the way my onion rings were old as well. PPL in fast food take pride in what you put out especially when it’s dealing with other ppls health. I worked in fast food so I get it and how stressful it is, but I never put bad food out because it was a representation of me. Don’t just put good product out when the district managers come in ♂️ This makes me want to be a mystery shopper again. So overall experience rated 1/10 Would not recommend this location

Love the “medium” “chili” cheese fries. Employee also didn’t say a word when they handed us our order. Said thank you after he handed us each item but no response or reaction whatsoever.
