The girl taking the order made me repeat myself at least 2-3 times each time I ordered something. She literally kept saying, “What was that?”. She didn’t provide me with any sauces even though I asked for them. I ordered a smasher burger and got the regular meat from other burgers. Completely defeats the purpose of my visit there. We waited a long time even though there were not a lot of people there and the food was cold when we got it. I’ve gotten the smasher burger at different locations, so I think I know the look and taste of it. Of course, they didn’t give me my receipt, so I can’t even complain to corporate.

I went today and had to wait like 30 mins for mozzarella sticks and over cooked and dried fries and 2 Route 44’s ….. And to get home and see this was on my daughter’s cup a lipstick print on it I wasn’t turning back around so I just threw it in the trash…Sonic has gone down hill from the food to the customer service……

This sonic always has the worst service. I ordered online at 9:14am ONE SOFT DRINK! OLO said it would be ready at 9:19am I waited until 9:25am before driving to the window to ask about my drink, I waited and waited to be assisted before I finally had to honk my horn and then the lady was still passing the window!!! All this for ONE DRINK?! The black lady was too lazy to come to the window, too lazy to bring me out my drink, had no manners to say sorry even only try to put the blame towards me that I must have not hit the stall number which I 100% DID! All that blame and attitude for ONE DRINK! Why you continue to have employees who don’t care about your store or your customers is beyond me.

Never ever again ordered on curbside sat there for 30-40 min went up to try and just pick it up girl said it will be out and went back in. There was other cars with people just as frustrated and all of us wanting to just cancel our order but not like we can tell anyone since the workers don’t actually work there. When we finally did get the food the lady seemed annoyed! Like she just wasted almost 30 dollars and 40 minutes of her life for COLD food, no apology for being late no nothing just here you go. Just awful don’t waste your time it’s easier to go to another sonic this one is horrid

Waited over 35 mins for an online pick up order and the order was even said to be completed on the app, even though I did not have it. No communication in regard to why the order was taking so long, just people standing inside. Even tried the drive through and no one answered, drove to window and was looked at and ignored, when finally able to ask, was just told it was coming out, nothing else. When food was finally given to me, it was cold, probably because it sat there for over 30 mins. Never again.

I’m usually pretty lenient with customer service bc I work customer service and I know it can suck but the girl that took my order a little bit ago was very rude. Sighed very loudly at a question asking what was in the breakfast burritos and I kept having to repeat myself to her. Another lady pulled up next to me and also had to repeat basic stuff numerous times to the same girl. Got my food delivered by who I’m assuming is the manager. Respect to everyone else here but I’ll just go to a different location for the forseeable future. Never this one again

This place sucks. Everytime they take forever on a order. I literally just ordered a 4 piece mozzarella sticks & did it to order curbside. Waited 15 min and noone came out , only to see these workers all outside talking and visiting. Not even working. And im sure they are all on the clock doing so and dont care.

Slowest service ever. And more and more screens a broken down and not responsive. I used to like sonic but taking over thirty minutes to get a burger and mozzarella sticks is ridiculous. Slow service and non working screams makes this sonic one to definitely avoid.

Waited for 35 minutes for a mobile order. I was super polite and asked them to cancel it due to the long wait and they didn’t even apologize for the wait nor offer to bring out the food. They said “okay we’ll cancel it”.
