I sit in the drive thru after ordering my food for over 30 minutes after placing my order waited for the car in front of me to get their food then I paid for the food that I ordered before they even cooked it
Waited an additional 15 minutes to get my food after paying when they gave me my food the guy working the drive through window was apologetic for the problem I asked why it took so long he said the only had one guy cooking. I took my food got home to find out my burgers were practically burnt all the moisture was cooked out of the meat. This place needs to close or hire someone that can cook it’s not worth the time or money spent there.

Hell nawl . I have had wayyyy too many issues with them . Today they did a big one .. how is a double bacon cheeseburger single??? I understand they were busy but they know how the burger was supposed to be made . I had to go to work and didn’t have time to go back but there was a blond lady I told about it but she was too busy with orders .

I’ve been debating leaving this review but after seeing other’s reviews I decided to post my experience.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I ordered at the drive-through and waited 20 minutes to receive my food. They seemed to not care how long it took, no apology for the long wait, nothing. I ordered onion rings, a chili dog without the bun and 2 drinks. 20 minutes? I drove home only to find my food was BURNED! I drove back up there and pressed the button to return my food. 15 minutes later and no one answered, unbelievable. I could see employees in there standing around doing nothing. I then had to go up to the door and flag someone down to express my concerns. The manager had a horrible attitude and reluctantly voided my transaction. She offered to re-make my food and I declined. If you can’t get it right the first time, why bother?

I ended up going across the street to Burger King. I love Sonic but this location was a HUGE disappointment.

Save the headache. Avoid this location AT ALL COST!

I appreciate the quick response and I submitted a report today. It appears I am not the only one with a problem at this location and something needs to change.

Ordered 3 coneys from Sonic tonight for me and my kids. They all showed up from Uber cold and all the chili and cheese were underneath the entire hotdog bun. There was basically nothing left on the coneys when we received them. I tried to call sonic to get a hold of a manager but they just let the phone ring off the walls. This isnt my first issue with this sonic either but is my first time to make a review. Poor service all around.

Well to all the foodie youtubers that convinced me to try the big dill, this location failed miserably to live up to the hype y’all created. I sat in that drive thru for so long i just knew they was making all my stuff fresh. Nope! Lol That burger was barely warm and tots headed toward cold and with minimal dill seasoning. Ugh! I thought i was also supposed to get a big dill pickle car freshener thing. Nope! not in the bag. I don’t know what the hold up was since my stuff wasn’t hot. Guess they were taking care of cars in the stalls first. I’m tempted to try another location and ask for freshly made but to risk waisting sixteen dollars all over again…???? Nah I think this location ruined it for me. I can tell though it would be pretty darn good IF SERVED HOT.
Oh the slushy was cool. Pickle taste was there (artificle but def a pickle flavor) but I only drank half …tooo sweet for me.

I normally have a very pleasant experience with this Sonic, however, the lady taking my order was rude and did not place my order correctly. I then advised the young lady at the front twice what I wanted. Large unsweet tea slush with strawberry. This is what I got in return, the wrong drink! Managment should pay closer attention to workers, and orders.

When I arrived to pick up my route 44 slushy and loaded tots, they weren’t even prepared even when the app said that it was ready for pick up. Jay or “J” gave me so much attitude as I interrupted his time. The lot wasn’t full. I was the third out of the three cars that were there. I even felt rushed with his attitude.
