A Disappointing Experience
I visited this location recently and was thoroughly disappointed by the service we received. From the moment our food runner approached our vehicle it was clear that she was not in a good mood. When I politely requested a cup of water after our order arrived, she rolled her eyes and acted like my request was an inconvenience.
What was even more unacceptable was the way she treated my spouse. When she asked for extra ranch, the food runner actively mocked her in front of her coworkers, not realizing (or not caring) that we could hear her rude comments. The lack of professionalism and respect was astounding, especially in a hospitality environment where customer service should be a priority.
Given the negative attitude displayed by this employee, I cannot recommend this location while she is on the floor. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure that future customers have a better experience.

Sitting in the parking lot 01/18/26 @ 11:53pm lights are off no one is here. When a place says they close at 12am they should close at that time. Not 10mins early. I work in fast food and never would I locked up and leave before we close. I also a pictures of the parking lot dark lights off.

I ordered:
a triple smash Patty burger with no onions the combo with a large ocean water and dill fries
Double cheeseburger with bacon and no onion as a combo with dill fries and a diet Dr pepper and then add it on a rainbow slush
All of my burgers were wrong.
When it was delivered to me the girl who delivered it to me pretty much threw it at me she almost spilled the drinks on me almost dropped the food in the floor of my car and just walked off as quickly as she could did not give me a receipt I spent over $42 on this order.
When I spoke to the manager about it she refused to remake my food she refused to give me a refund she walked inside and refused to give me my receipt and then just kept yelling bye through the door

Hi, I visited your restaurant and I was very disappointed. My food took way too long to come out, and a staff member (jaylon ) I believe,started telling people the restaurant was closed at 10:50 PM even though your posted hours say midnight. They also stopped serving ice cream at 11 PM with no explanation.he was acting weird but looks like he was struggling

With corporate greed as ridiculous as it is, Sonic is still the GOAT when it comes to cheap and delicious drinks and food. The tater tots are always crisp and the drinks are like a dollar for 44oz so even if it was bad I can’t complain; it’s not like I’m making a down payment on a home. Besides, they’ll always fix your drink if needed.
