Never in my life have I been talked to/treated the way I was at this Sonic last night. Yes, 24 hours later and I am STILL in shock. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, I am VERY understanding when it comes to any kind of service. I understand having a bad day or being ready to go home (even though I was there 3 hours before closing), but there is absolutely no excuse for the attitude of whoever was taking my order. He was extremely short with me, and anything I said or asked was met with either a one-word “yeah” in an annoyed and disrespectful tone or just no response at all. It genuinely felt like I was inconveniencing him simply by placing an order. When I finished with my order, he simply hung up. On the screen, it showed my order was entered incorrectly, so when I pressed the button again to politely clarify, he answered with an even ruder “yeah??” The screen also said that I would be paying cash (it immediately was set to that option by whoever was taking my order). When the runner dropped off my food, THEY then informed me that the card machine attached to the screen was out of order. By the end of it, I genuinely did not feel comfortable even eating the food that I paid (and tipped) for. I REALLY hope that management takes care of this because this person does not belong in the service industry.

I was trying to be fair and withhold judgement, but after the 3rd time in a row it is now the norm for this location. This particular Sonic never has enough people working. The long wait time at the drive-thru just to place an order is not normal. Get A.I. to take orders if you’re that greedy that you won’t schedule enough people per shift to handle your business. I recommend people choose a different Sonic. There are plenty close enough not to have to use this one. The workers there are ALL extremely nice, just dont have enough help

I’ll start this off by saying I do not leave reviews often and if I do they’re mostly positive, for me to come and write a review about this experience is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to go to sonic and actually enjoy your food quickly and correctly, DO NOT COME TO THIS SONIC! Absolutely and entirely ridiculous. Originally arrived around midnight, cashier was standing outside by the ordering machine, told us that we’d have to order online bcus they’re only accepting online orders, okay no worries, we drive to a parking spot, place our order and 30 mins later he comes out with the COMPLETE wrong order, an order originally placed with uber eats, a little annoying but still tolerable, we go and wait at the drive through line, let the man know our order is wrong, wait another 15 mins , at this point it’s 12:45, finally he gives us the food, again it’s wrong, burger has mayo asked for no mayo, paid extra for extra cherries, zero cherries given btw and not to mention they’re out of tea 2 hours before close just bcus he didn’t want to make new. come back around through the line and we are once again met with a rude and extremely dismissive nasty behavior. We ask politely if we can get a refund for the food and instead we are met a rude ‘you can refund the food on the app’ Entirely ridiculous experience and completely unprofessional.
If you want to enjoy your food quickly and correct I would recommend driving a few minutes down the road to sonic off of Preston Road.

I went there last night, and very specifically listed what I wanted on my order. After receiving my order without my modifications (literally just no tomato’s or mayo “please”), I apologetically asked to have them remake it. The manager came out and asked me specifically what I wanted on my burger. Then confirmed it. I offered to pay for the second burger, he said “it’s fine.” Then brought out my second burger, which was also wrong and literally nothing like what I had asked for (and confirmed by the manager.) I left because honestly why bother. This place is trash, go somewhere else lol

Wish I could give zero stars. Nick the manager was very rude and nasty if that’s even his real name. This is the worst sonic in Frisco. They claimed they “were out of eggs” and made me feel like it was my fault. Whoever owns this place needs to do a total overhaul EW. Do better NICK.

I rate this location 0 stars. The employees are very unprofessional. Answering with what. Also telling us that they don’t take cards when they do. Along with telling us that they don’t take Sonic gift cards. when I tried the card reader, it worked perfectly fine. Then they told me that if I tried it again, it wasn’t gonna work and it did. they kept asking to get cash… and it was very suspicious. not impressed at all. very disappointed.

I was just informed that THIS sonic has a new rule that they are CHARGING CUSTOMERS AN EXTRA 10 CENT PER CONDIMENT ON ALL ORDERS! So I ordered 2 large breakfast burritos for my daughters. They wanted to charge me for the 2 extra(to have 2 per burrito because 1 is definitely not enough for a burrito that size) Sauce packets I asked for! Let’s just say I won’t be back. Salad n Go will get ALL of my breakfast burrito business from here forward! Shameful Sonic!

Sergio was extremely disrespectful to me and my friends. We came up to the standing area to buy water, when he came out and told us that it doesn’t work, so we asked if we could get water and he said we’re going to have to order from the drive in spots. Ok, that’s totally fine, we walk up to an open spot and click the button when he comes back out and raises is voice at us and tells us to leave or he’s calling the cops because we need a car. He could’ve just told us that last part without getting all mad at us because we were just standing waiting to order. We pull a car up an order our waters, when we notice another person walk up to order, and they bring out his food exactly how we tried to just a few minutes before. I’ve never had a problem walking into a spot to order and I wish Sergio did call the cops so that he would be embarrassed by the fact that we did nothing wrong. Am I missing something? Sergio, do better. We’re all old enough to have a respectful conversation.

I’m not sure who’s at the drive through today 8/4/2025 around 3:30pm. She’s very rude! Idk if she’s racist or not! But she’s rude! I am heavily pregnant. I got a small fries and ice…. She was very short with Met. She asked if I needed anything I said umm maybe some water she goes- “WE CHARGE FOR WATER” in a rude way; so I’m like ok how much? She goes um I think 35 cents! I give her 50 cents whole time she’s not making eye contact giving me my food like she barely wants to interact with me! And on top of that the fries she gave me were very Stale!! I’m gonna be taking it back to ask for a different fries or refund! I’d of just threw it away as it’s whatever it’s just a small fries. But since she was so nasty, I want a fresh fries or my $2!!
