This place is ridiculous. They get my order wrong, leave out condiments, their card readers don’t work, and they’re super slow about delivering. Today was the worst-they tried to give me the wrong order then when I got what seemed to be the right one, I checked my bag when I got back to my office and the mustard (one when I should have had two), was previously squished and mostly empty. I am done. I will take the extra few minutes to drive elsewhere. It makes me so mad because I tip every time (when the card readers work), and this is horrible service.

Very sweet staff! I’m not a huge fan of the burgers here but their sides and drinks are delicious, I love their mozzarella sticks and tater tots!

Absolutely five stars! The staff at this Sonic location is genuinely amazing. They are so friendly and quick to help with anything you need. Their positive energy makes a huge difference, and they always ensure my order is exactly right. The excellent service here is truly top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for a great experience!

This is the brand new pulled pork bbq sandwich, and the foot long coney. Huge disappointment. The cook basically gives absolutely no care in the world. False advertisement at its finest if this passes standards. We had seen a buffalo chicken dumpling, and our son couldn’t remember what it was, so we asked the girl and she had no knowledge of anything buffalo. Knowing your menu is part of the training, failure on management. Atleast the waitresses were friendly.

Growing up I always stopped by this location after school (elementary, middle and high) to get a happy hour drink. Today I was in the area and stopped by and it had the same good service, speed and great prices as always. Just wish Sonic would offer gluten free food. I’ve been waiting for SO long for them to add these options.

Literally ordered just mozzarella sticks and a VERY small burger. takes like a minute to make. They said it would be out at 5:00 pm. Me and my friend waited 30 MINUTES. We ask 3 different people, and only the third one actually stepped up to get us our food. horrible service omg so pissed. Also 97° degrees outside. Sonic, DO BETTER. (btw they also got our order wrong like u have one job sweetie.)

It seems like the employees are doing a great job, all are so kind….I just HATE the order screens…some are completely broke (you hit red button but no one every takes your order, you can barely understand them and they can barely understand you as you scream your order.) They also charge sometimes for ranch when you order cheesesticks and for the cheese that is supposed to come with the pretzel which irritates me…hoping they can upgrade the screens soon.

If I can give these people a zero star I would. I’m eating my burger I can’t help but see it’s a dead bug in my food. I go back to sonic. I got my refund after 30 mins waiting bc the cook said I was being rude. Yeah I had little attitude asking for my 11.12 $back. I didn’t say anything rude just little attitude. I’m more upset on how they handle the situation. how that cook handle was unacceptable. How would you react if it’s a bug in your burger ?
