-The Double Sonic Queso Smasher was fantastic.
– The cheeseburger was perfect
-The tots were made well
-The onion rings paired well with the ranch dressing.
-The breakfast burrito was tasty.
-The grilled cheeseburger, especially with added lettuce, was delicious.
However, the Bacon Ranch Queso Wrap fell short of my expectations.

I used the app to order my food for my lunch break. The app and the receipt are correct in writing but I did not receive what I ordered. They just gave me a plain burger with nothing else on it and only 1 condiment when I asked for two. They clearly dont pay attention to your order.

It’s Sonic! I like the limited time foods more than the regular stuff, wish they’d keep them on the menu. Pretzel buns are the best, and I dug the bourbon iced coffee drink. Staff is super polite, and wait times are really short. Love the cherry limeades and Ocean Water slushes.

8-17-2024: Sonic totally missed the mark today! My wife got a Coke , and it was completely flat—no fizz at all! I ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade , which has always been my go-to, but today it tasted like pure artificial sweeteners . Absolutely disgusting! The drinks were a major letdown! Sonic, you need to step it up—this is not what we expect! ❌ So disappointed!!

I had a really good experience visiting this location, the service was kind of slow but I noticed that the same Worker that was taking the orders was also delivering the orders. Tommi is excellent, she was working alone and that lady was running the whole restaurant her self and doing it with such good customer service and my order was hot and correct.!! Great Job girl I hope you have many good days.

We ordered food for me and my son. My son can’t have cheese. So weird. Specifically asked to remove the cheese. I had to do it over the speaker because the app wouldn’t allow me to remove the cheese from the order. So it was very specific about that. It was very much not lost in the translation in any way. Still my son got cheese on his burger and I didn’t have time to have to go back which means you just got food. I paid 15 bucks for food that you couldn’t eat since he got the meal. I’ll let Sonic know but they didn’t do anything in the silence is very revealing that they really didn’t care it seemed.

My local Sonic and one of the best and most consistent ones I’ve encountered. The few issues I’ve experienced have been resolved fairly and quickly.
I do have some criticisms for the app/corporate side of that issue-resolution process – they would only get 3 or 4 stars – but the folks who work the restaurant are just about the gold-standard for a fast-food operation, IMO.

Not sure why I took my daughter to buy a unicorn slush after waiting 16 minutes it looks nothing like the picture not even close. I would not have mind getting this if it would have been in 3 or 4 minutes. Come on Sonic.
