Pulled into sonic at 8:30pm to order some food tonight and they dont close until 10pm. It was not busy at all since it was in the middle of the superbowl. 2 cars in stalls to the exact. I hit the red button and received “ill be with you in a just a moment”. 4 blonde girls just cleaning the place an hour before. 10 minutes goes by and still no one to take our order. Just cleaning and standing around. Mind you we were parked right in front of the windows. Never received anyone to take our order so we just pulled off. Horrible service and management.

I usually am very disappointed with the customer service at sonic but there was a young man named Max who took time out of his day. All it took was a minute to ask us how our day was going and wish us happy holidays and give excellent customer service this is The first time I have been happy with my customer service please recognize Max the young man with long hair. He deserves the recognition, and I believe as an asset to your establishment Go Max your a great worker man sonic needs more employees like you he even turned down a job offer from me for 25$ an hour cause he said he is loyal to his employer

Ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and got back a crappie piece of something that I wouldn’t even feed my dogs. Poor manager had to explain to me how they don’t get those breaded patties that are advertised and the owner orders them from somewhere else. Damn thing was fried waaaaaaay too long as well. 1st picture is the whatever I got and the 2nd picture is what I was supposed to get….

All day Happy Hour on the App!! We come here a number of times a week to get drinks. We eat dinner on occasion it’s not bad either. Higher priced fast food. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They don’t do easy ice apparently. We will continue to come here and would bring our family’s. They have the drive in and the outside seating section

I have been unhappy sence they stopped serving ice cream cones, grilled chicken sandwich, changed the fries, no morning drink special, If aint broke don’t fix it.
