They got my order out quickly and it was correct. Their food tastes much better than McAlester sonic. When I order mustard and onions on my tots in McAlester, the onions are never chopped small enough and they always forget the mustard, but hartshorne sonic did not disappoint! Will be back

The food was alright, but there was very little effort out in on the drinks. Two of my party ordered strawberry and there wasn’t enough in the lemonade to turn the color of the drink; perhaps 6 small chunks of strawberry and a few seeds. The screens weren’t working at the order area, but the intercom did. The workers were polite and attentive, but the fryer food was overcooked and burgers were soggy and dripping with condiments when brought out. Our visit wasn’t what we’ve come to expect from Sonic, but we were passing through on Sunday in the early afternoon so it may have just been a one-off.

every single time i come to this sonic the employees are all rude and they take absolutely FOREVER to get your food out. today i went a had a simple order and it took 30 minutes for them to bring my food, and they brought out food to people who were here after me. i used to work at sonic and i know nothing should take that long to make. terrible service. and half the time the food is wrong or burnt, and the drinks taste terrible. if you can just go to the one in krebs it’s 100x better

I’ve been to this Sonic plenty of times. They usually do a decent job but the one time my fiancé gets one of her favorite beverages; a root beer float, they decide to give her spoiled ice cream. Like come on y’all that’s just gross and honestly a huge health hazard. I had been in Mcalester when this went down otherwise they woulda got all this in person. Just saying don’t get their ice cream or make sure the ice cream is good before you leave.

My husband orders our drinks online, all I have to do is pull up, they know my car and if I am waiting in the line behind other cars, the server’s usually will bring the drinks to me so I don’t have to wait for the person in front of me order to finish first. The staff is very nice and helpful.
I personally think that sonic hamburger meat has gone down hill. I can’t eat sonics hamburger meat at any of their stores without getting a tummy ache.

After the local high school graduation last night my daughter wanted to stop and get the dreamcicle slush. I advised her that they were busy and it probably wouldn’t be the best time to stop, but she insisted. We stopped, I ordered on the app. I checked in and of course my nana pops up on the screen. We had a few slushes, and a couple of ice creams ( shakes and a cup of ice cream). We see the man making a couple dreamcicle slushes and assumed it was our order, the tray was set at the top of the counter but never brought out. We thought maybe it wasn’t ours afterall. 15 minutes pass, since we checked in…mind you these drink have been setting there all that time. I’m understanding that they were busy, I pushed the button just to inquire on our order. The worker says they will have it right out. Then we watch him from the window pick up the tray of melted slushes and ice cream that has been sitting for around 20 minutes now, and a few minutes later bring it to us. I said I would like to have that remade as it was sitting up there for over 15 minutes and it’s ice cream and slushes. He gave me an upset look and handed me the cup of ice cream and he said well I remade that one already! So you realize the order is melted but instead of remaking the whole order to ensure that you’re giving your customer quality, you remake only one thing? I get it was busy and our order was overlooked…No problem…what I don’t get is giving us melted drinks! Then when he finally brought the remade items out 10 minutes later, he’s handing them to us and said oh they forgot to put the boba on top, I’ll be right back. All in all it took over 40 minutes to get an order of drinks and a cup of ice cream. By the time he got us the remade order the cup of ice cream he mentioned he had already remade was melted. The wait is generally worth having good quality…. But last night I was sorely disappointed in the service and quality of this location.

One of the few fast food joints that has consistently got my order correct. Hard to say that about the rest these days. For the food, Sonic is pretty consistent with flavor and quantities, so it’s what you would expect. Food came out quickly when finished in the kitchen. It wasn’t very busy on this visit, but has been on others and there was no delay then either.
