Probably the worst sonic in the world. I say that without any hyperbole whatsoever. The only thing they have that isn’t completely trash are the drinks, and even then, they are somehow still worse than other sonics.
The food is always terrible. Every time I go, it tastes like the food is made by someone who hates sonic.
I got a smash burger today, and it looked and tasted like it had been made hours ago and then they stepped on it before bringing it to my car. It was abysmal.
When I go to sonic I normally get a breakfast burrito, but everytime I get one at the coalgate location, I always tell my wife that it’s the last time I ever order one from them. I don’t know what they do to it, but they just cannot produce good food there. The eggs always look and taste overcooked. The cheese is always crammed into the bottom 1/4 of the burrito, and no matter how many sauces you put on the order form, they will never give you what you order.
I’ve never been to a sonic this bad. It would take a world changing event to make me order food there again. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money at the coalgate sonic. Absolute trash.

We were on a long road trip and ran out of beverages. As we were still an hour or more away from home and were parched, we needed a drink.
Thank the Lord that there is a Sonic in nearly every town here! For real! Sonic is only in a few cities in Michigan where we moved from, and we are glad they are (versus subway).
Ordering in the app is easy. And we don’t even have to get out of the vehicle!!! I feel so pampered when I go to Sonic!! Hubbs got a coke, but i tried the flamingo, and absolutely loved it!!!

It has gotten better sents McDonald’s has opened. Pretty good food, good drinks and ice-cream. I do wish the Sonic App worked better.

I ordered the number 12. Buffalo style chicken I enjoyed the meal just wish they would of cooked the chicken a little longer, some of the pieces was kinda cold in the middle, and I asked for ranch with my mozzarella sticks, they gave me marinara instead of listening to me. Other then that i

Drove in for a quick pick up due to I ordered and paid for our food on my Sonic phone app but I still had to wait 21 minutes for my orders to get to me. They were a bit busy but they couldn’t seem to understand that I ordered two different phone app orders and had already paid for the both of them on the app

Friday evening. Had to drive around waiting on a stall to come available. Parked at the window. The crew was ON FIRE!. Everyone had their own position to work and they were hustling! Last but not least…our order was 100% right in under 15 minutes! GREAT JOB!
