I just left from placing an order for myself and my kids. I ordered onion rings and a double bacon cheeseburger as part of that order. I came with a bag smashed full of what looks like leftover onion rings and two regular cheeseburgers instead of a double bacon cheeseburger even though I paid for the other. This is the worst looking order that I’ve had in a long time. Very disappointed.

I live in the city, and was coming back from broken bow. I used to work at Sonic bout 10 years ago and let me tell ya, the quality was in the food yesterday. I just got a plain cheeseburger and chili cheese fries, both were delicious!! This store surely knows quality.

First off I’ve refrained from this for a long time, but this is absolutely ridiculous! My wife didn’t even get her sandwich in the order, and this is what they think is acceptable for lettuce on a hamburger. 2 little pieces 1 of which is part of the stem. We along with other people I’ve talked to have the same issues. So apparently this kind of service is acceptable to them. I ended up throwing the burger out. It had apparently been cooked for a long time and the bacon was like trying to chew jerky. Will not be going back ever!

1 outa ten times you may get what you ordered. Check your bag before you leave!! Been this way for ten years. Again check your bag and order before you leave. Make sure your double meat has double meat your cheese sticks aren’t fried. If you ordered i count them if you ordered sweet tea make sure it’s sweet. Seriously I’ve got so many im sorry here’s a coupon from this place it sounds like a recording…..yall got to do better.

The speaker box seemed to be hanging issues so that caused the person taking our order to have a hard time hearing the order, other than that the food made it out in a timely manner.

I eat here often as it is one of very few fast food locations around this area. The food is always great. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality and freshness of the food. The service is also prompt and very friendly. My only issues with this place is regarding the technology used to interact with the customer. At times I have pulled into a booth to order and I cannot hear or be heard. Makes ordering frustrating at times. Also, on more than one occasion I have seen the poor carhops going from car to car to locate the customer who’s food they are trying to deliver. I cannot imagine how frustrating that can be for someone trying to do a good job.
