Took 40 minutes to get our order. When I opened the door and asked where our order was i was told she has 8 orders going out. When we ordered there was only one other car there. The drive thru was working ok. When we got our food it was cold all of it. When we asked for ketchup and napkins which were not in the bag. They never brought them. Worst sonic i have ever been to.

Customer Service is typically OK but if you ever get to talk with Jenny, SHE’S GREAT! Always smiling and seems to enjoy her job. Thank you for providing great customer service. Oh, and, for cleaning off the sides of the drinks!

Sonic is our regular go-to drink spot wherever we go. In town this weekend and stopped by to get a grilled cheese and iced tea. The food & drink were good but was trusting it took us 20 mins to get our order. We ordered on the app before we even got there. Tried to call into the store and nobody answered.

The most inconsistent restaurant in this town. Have tried multiple times to order onion rings recently only to be told they are completely out. When I do finally catch them available I get a pile of smashed soggy scraps. The chicken strips my wife and daughter ordered were barely bigger than McDonald’s nuggets. The gravy that came with them looked to have been sitting since breakfast. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe it.

Sonic has been around for so long sometimes we forget how good it is. This is a very convenient location with great service and friendly people. Great hamburgers for lunch or dinner but also a great place for a late night snack. Love the sundaes and banana splits are awesome. Also a good place to stop in for breakfast, great sandwiches. Those car hops work so very hard in all kinds of weather please don’t forget to tip them.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Sat in the drive through window for 5 min now one answer so drove to a stall and then had to wait 5-10 min for anyone to answer. Then when I got my order it wasn’t right and all I ordered was 2 medium blast and what I got was one medium and one small. Ask the car hop to fix it or refund me for the small. She said she had to talk to her manager witch she was just inside passing money back and forth to for the last 3 min as we watched through the side door. Finally after another 10 of waiting on the manager all we got was excuses after excuses and how they were so short staff. There were 5 cars there 5. Lol so she argued about giving out money back and she refunded the whole order and said well next time excuse me ma’am there will not me a next time we are done with the sonics in tahlequah.
