I ordered two Sonic cheeseburgers online using the app. I ordered one with no tomatoes and one with no pickles. Both burgers were missing lettuce and they didn’t include the tomato in one of the burgers. They also put hardly any sauce on the burgers. The speed of the service was great though.

Sonic in Stigler is finally back to be a place that people want to stop. Management was so bad for so long but the new manager, Brooklyn is doing a great job as is her assistant manager, Faith. The food and service have both improved so much!

This is some of the worst service I’ve ever received at Sonic drive-in. If I could give zero Stars I would!
Our order was not correct. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and as we were waiting an extremely long time to receive our order a female employee with dark hair came out to speak to the person in the stall next to mine. It wasn’t clear whether they were acquaintances or if that person was a customer but the employee was very loudly and rudely complaining about not being able to leave work on time because of all of the business coming from the Stigler high School Graduation.
One would think an employee who has a company’s best interest in mind would be happy to be receiving more business. Especially considering that they were still on the clock for another half hour.
I asked for a Grape Cream Slush and received what I believe was a grape slush with a shot of sweet cream in it.
Truth be told.. the food sucked, the drinks sucked, and the service sucked. And I will probably never go back to this particular Sonic.

I give this Sonic in Stigler a very low rating. Reasons: I had to repeat my order several times and they still didn’t get it right. The chili cheese dog was awful. The hot dog alone was horrible and there was hardly any chili or cheese on it. The tater tots were cold and not cooked all the way. Overall, it was a waste of money and time. I will not be going back there. I have not had this experience at other Sonics in other towns.

Sad that they don’t hand make the onion rings, and lessened the amount of on lot parking for dine in customers. Menu boards are out of order, and bathroom is out of most amenities.
