You don’t expect perfection or a five-star meal when you go to fast food but I think it’s a reasonable to expect what is supposed to be a fresh Burger to be hot when you get it. I’m not entirely sure how it’s even possible what we ordered just a classic Sonic burger and some kind of a rap thingy and a junior burger from the value menu. When we got our food the classic burger was cold. Like actually cold to the touch the wrapper and all. Not room temperature not lukewarm but cold as if it had just come out of a fridge! The girl that served us Miss Emma was nice and polite and respectful but whatever was going on in the kitchen is a bit of a mystery. We had got there just a couple of minutes before closing but it’s almost as if the guy inside had already turned off all of the cooking equipment and didn’t want to clean it again so he just tried to wing it with whatever was left over. The wrap thing we got was literally just some wadded-up ball in what appeared to be a tortilla. It didn’t even resemble the shape of a wrap it was literally a ball. Wadded up with sauce and whatever just all over the place inside the wrapper.

What’s worse is we spent the only $10 we had to our name to buy this food. We are traveling through and we were on our last $10 and wanted something hot to eat. It was supposed to be the first hot meal we had had in 4 days. When I brought it to Miss Emma’s attention she apologized and offered to fix it only to return a few minutes later to tell me they could not deal with it and handed me a coupon in the cold Burger back. The cheese wasn’t even melted! Moments after she initially served us they turned all of the lights off and left us sitting out there in the dark. I don’t blame this on Emma. But this was probably the most disappointing and frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a fast food joint!

Needless to say even if we had money we won’t be taking our chances with Sonic anymore. I guess I’m going to go eat my coupon for the last ten dollars I had to my name. Thanks man

I had an issue with my order & spoke with Arthur, the manager. He fixed the problem immediately. We’ve noticed since he’s been the manager, the food has been great, the staff that are there now are polite. And the wait time is very minimal. The improvements over the last couple of years are definitely showing. I hope he and our community realized that. Thank you Sir for your dedication & hard work. Respectfully,

I am so sad to post this. Tonight I was going to treat my husband to sonic dinner. We never get to eat out so it was a big deal. I ordered a footlong coney combo with pickle fries and a cherry vanilla dr pepper. For myself, I ordered a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger combo with tots and an ocean water. I wanted a large mozzarella sticks but she said they were out for the night. So i rescinded with just our order. Unfortunately when I got home, my burger had no bacon, the onions on it were raw- not grilled. My tots were not fully cooked. My husband’s “footlong” was actually just 2 hot dogs lined up in separate buns. The pickle fries were actually just fried pickle skins- no pickle. Made me think they are just preying on the consumer giving them the scraps for an extra dollar. Lastly the cherry vanilla dr pepper was not only completely flat, but had no flavor. Tasted like flat soda water. Literally the only thing good about this meal was the ocean water and the girl who brought it to me. Will not return.

I sent a friend to get some food. I told him to tell y’all to go easy on the ice and do NOT put the lime rind in my drink! What is it that makes it so difficult to follow directions? You put a full cup of ice AND put the rind in my drink! That’s NOT what I wanted! Very disappointed. I’ll think twice before getting food here again.

I ordered a number 5. Got burned bacon no onions and the Fry’s was cooked with old oil leaving them brown and a bad taste. Definitely not worth eating

I have had several issues at this sonic. Today I thought how can they mess up a drink.

I’ve tried this sonic several times, and without a doubt it is still the worst one I’ve ever been to. I really don’t know how it’s still open. The people we get are always rude and never help with any issues we have. Either the food is somewhat right or the drinks are somewhat right for our order, but never is everything correct or even good quality. I mean, today I didn’t get any of the extra toppings placed, none of the sauces, and bought them extra in the app, and we didn’t get the drinks we ordered (they were literally random flavors), and when asked about the drinks they said they didn’t have what we ordered and they wouldn’t refund anything because we’re still getting our order (little did we know we didn’t even get stuff we paid for so they were lying). I’ll never recommend this place, and I say this being someone who doesn’t like giving bad reviews. I love giving nice reviews but this was literally so bad it’s one of my very first 1 star reviews.

The quality of this store has gone done the drain since last year. Had to pick off some old lettuce, little sauce, the patties themselves are old and there was only one pickle. How is this at all worth 9.79 before tax? Didn’t even have tomatoes on it
