Stopped in here a couple of days ago to give it another try. I had not been here in awhile due to having some of the same issues here as stated by previous posters. I will say on my most recent stop everything went well. My order request was answered within a minute of pushing the button, my wait time was minimal on my order, the car hop was very friendly and the food was good. I had a double cheeseburger and fries, the fries were slightly over cooked but still ok, the cheeseburger was very good. Will try here again in the near future.

The touch screens were all broken. But the staff were incredibly accommodating, quick, witty and responsive. They all deserve a raise. And then some. These people definitely keep this place rolling. I’ll stop again when I go back through for sure.

Went to pour out the rest of my drink because I was done with it and heard something hit the sink. End of the dispenser on the fountain machine was IN MY DRINK. I called the location & didn’t even receive an apology until I prompted the guy on the phone. Despicable customer service & a piss poor excuse for employees. Hope the dispenser was properly cleaned before it ended up in my drink. Although, it doesn’t look like it all while considering the employees already present negligence in this case. Won’t be back and am getting ahold of the corporate office.

Yikes, sat for 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger wacky pack, a sonic cheeseburger burger, a huge ice water, and a Powerade. Being that I’ve worked fast food myself, this place was no where near any other sonic. I asked for the general manager, Troy, and had another manager come out. Troy never tried to come to see what the concern was. This was the worst sonic I’ve experienced.

Went to order online, kept saying there was a error, so I went thru drive thru an tried to order a JR breakfast burrito only to be told “they don’t have a button for the jr” only the regular one!!! If I’m goin to pay 4$ for a breakfast burrito it definitely shouldn’t look like a jr! Thankfully I wont be back! Maybe the experience would have been better if the lady at the window didn’t seem so irritated!

I’m always disappointed when I come here. I was excited to try the pickle fries but all I got was a mass of burnt pickles. Don’t go here. Drive to pryor or another location if you want sonic.

I came to this place last night, and was rudely told they weren’t going to make queso an hour before close. So I can here this morning because I had a craving for the queso wraps. Was given attitude when she asked what sauce I wanted and also when she told me how much it was going to cost. All of 10 bucks for what I ordered btw. Locust Grove sonic has been going downhill the entire 3 years I’ve lived in the area. They have attitude just because someone wanted something and they have to make it. Do better locust Grove sonic! Grow up and handle your business with pride. Take credit for what you do right and fix what you do wrong. It’s been three years locust Grove. It’s well past time to give yourselves a facelift
