This was a very hot day 95°, we decided purchase rasberry slushes. Service was fast, this place was very busy. The female that brought us the refreshments was very kind.

I usually really like Sonic but now I see why this location has so many bad reviews. They don’t seem to care about quality of the food they serve. I came in around 9pm and ordered 2 – 3 piece chicken strip combos. I paid almost $20 for 2 orders old old nasty cold fries and one of the orders of chicken only had 2 and a half strips. I called and talked to the “manager on duty”. I was told that he would remake the fries if I wanted to come back up there and he also said that the 2 and a half strips was just their serving size. I am not driving all the way back up there after I just got through working for 12 hours! I got pretty heated over the phone. I mean who serves 2 and a half strips on a 3 piece order? And why didnt they cook fresh fries for the order? Theu should have cared enough to get it right the first time! Do you want to spend your hard earned money on old nasty food? Well, neither do I and neither do the rest of your customers. Come on Sonic! He didn’t care one bit about creating a great customer experience. I don’t think I will be back after my experience tonight. DO BETTER SONIC!

The employees are nice and take the orders correctly however whom ever is in the kitchen needs to slow down and pay attention to the orders. We dont ask for things to not be on the food for the fun of it.. This is an ongoing nonstop issue every time we go here…
This time as you see I asked for NO Onions/ Pepers and as you also see I have them and NO Chez on my Burrito… One would think they would get sick and tired of making our food over again.. Since July this is the 8th time they have now remade our food… Keep hoping that one day just one day they will get it right!!!

The shakes were great. Fresh fruit was used so that was nice. The chicken strips and popcorn chicken were pretty expensive for what we received. Our carhop was working her tail off while 4 other employees were on break. We called in for a fork after ordering the honey barbeque chicken and waited almost 10 minutes and finally had to grab our carhop on her way by the car. We would have done that earlier but she was working all the stalls. Our local sonic had all the employees walkout recently so getting service this good was a pleasant surprise. UPDATED: very disappointed. Ordered a 5 piece chicken strip basket…received 4 very small tenders…at least I think it’s chicken…16.00 is a bit much for the overcooked and undersized food received…

I ordered two ice waters one with BlackBerry and when I got my drinks the water was odd colored and had bubbles so I tasted it and it was sweet. It tasted like Sprite with something else in it. I pushed the button and the staff argued with me and told me that there water was just an odd color right now. She asked if I wanted a flavor added I told her no just a cup of ice and she said that that was odd colored too & that my drink was water, even though it tasted sweet. When I got home I dumped it out after my husband tried it it was Sprite and it had a dark soda in the bottom like they had put something else in with the Sprite. My husband’s wasn’t blackberry water it was blackberry Sprite. It was more the fact that they argued with me instead of just fixing the problem. I won’t be back for a while.

Just sat there for 40 minutes! Waiting on a drink and a small tots! When I pressed the button to ask where my order was they said they thought I was gone…. how that could happen while I sit there in my car is beyond my imagination! DO BETTER!

The carhop was pleasant. The chicken sandwiches I received were not. They look old and taste like they were fried in old oil or were old pieces refried. First sandwich was replaced with one that looked/tasted the exact same.

ever wonder why people work in fast food?? it must be that they cant read..ordered 2 smashburgers with no cheese..big surprise they both came with cheese..ordered a coney with extra chili..didnt happen but it did come with what looked like an entire jar of relish..threw everything in the trash..make sure people can read and follow instructions BEFORE you hire them..stay away from this place.
