This was our first experience with this fast food network. It was actually quite good, but the amount of time they are taking to prepare the order is excessive. We waited for good 10 minutes, when the place was absolutely empty. Food-wise the place was great. The sandwiches are large sandwiches and the ingredients were fresh. Definitely tasted better than some of the other fast food places.

I got a breakfast burrito this morning. That was not round the portion was less than half the size of a normal breakfast burrito. It was flat! Krista, the store manager argued with me stating that is the proper size of a breakfast burrito as if I’ve not been coming to sonic for over a decade and getting them to convince me otherwise….. plus the service took so long for the vehicle before me and mine. 20 minutes for two cars.

This sonic has a terrible evening shift cook. I like to order a cheeseburger with every thing on it +jalapeños and mustard. -ketchup. I have given this paticular sonic 4 tries. Yes I am the fool for expecting things to be different, but ever time I order this burger, I only get jalapeños, cheese, and mayo. 3x my order was incorrect like this. Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Made sure to state everything plus jalapeño, mustard. No ketchup. I get a burger made with the same hatred as the last three times. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m wanting something different or what. But I will not be coming again. My order is wrong, everything time. If you take anything away from this. Be cautious customizing your food.

Placed a mobile order at 9:30, didn’t even get to leave the parking lot until 10:15. We sat at the stall and when red button was pressed to see where our food was, there was absolutely no answer for 10 minutes. Went to the drive thru and a gentleman said he had been sitting at the speaker for 40 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window and had to CALL the store because no one was paying attention to the window. I get fast food, I get it gets busy and you’re short handed. But that was ridiculous. Didn’t even have time to ask for my missing food before they shut the window in my face. Very displeased.

Was served cold old fries, spit was on top of my sweet tea and what ever happened to my dr pepper had my husband sick all night. Terrible service, was refunded and advised next meal free, but who wants to get poisoned again?

Used to love sonic, but now if you go you’re there for at least 30 minutes for ONE drink. Then they blame it on not having help. We were just there and there was a car hop outside on the phone the whole time complaining about her 41 hours of work. She was yelling so loud we heard it when we were in a stall.

The wait was a little longer than expected but they were busy. That’s understandable. I believe however someone who pulled in after us got their order before us. Not a huge deal to me but to some people it may be. Overall still a pleasant experience.

Vinita Sonic sucks ! They dont use Texas toast on their toasters and the bread is flat and burnt, the eggs are like rubber and we only got 1 piece of bacon tore in half !!! Dont say report it to the franchiser because they dont care ! They give Sonic a bad name.

It was a EXCITING & EXCELLENT DAY TO END UP AT SONIC, This Location Went Up & Above The Call of Duty & Brought the costume man sonic out to play with my 2 kids… It’s Soo sad that all the other fast food restaurants no longer bring costumes out for the kids.. but Sonic Did.. wish I could see the Hamburgler & Sonic in outfits together.. but McDonald’s don’t do costumes anymore anyways… So the Hamburgler will never be seen again anyways… So that’s why it’s Soo important to keep the Sonic Guy Alive… Gotta have somewhere to take the kids for a surprise…. Keep the Costume Sonic, It’s Iconic & Not to Ever Put Down Like McDonald’s did.. thanks for a great experience… Ps the minus is for your food, however the costume man made the kids Soo happy that noone complained about the food..
