The app wasn’t working, and no, it does not need to be updated. When I asked if they would honor the promo on the app, another person hopped on, and was very confrontational. Her tone was rude and sharp. These people need to work on their customer service. You can say no and not be rude about it. I was very polite and positive in my request. I shouldn’t have been spoken to that way. Also, when the carhop walked by shortly thereafter, I watched her look at me as she was walking by, and gave me the ugliest, rudest look. Ridiculous. Aside from that, the food was amazing. Picture perfect, delicious. Compliments to the cooks.

They mess up my orders a lot, and this last order was a 3 piece chicken dinner. The chicken strips were barely bigger than their chicken wings.
Sonic is also expensive compared to other fast food restaurants. From Dairy Queen. I can get 3 pieces of chicken, gravy, a basket of fries, a medium drink, and a sundae for $5.65.
I will only be visiting Sonic for half priced shakes from now on.

Normally their service is pretty good and the food is what you would expect from a sonic drive-in. Nothing extra and nothing fancy but solid drive-through fast food. However, thinks that they are open until 11 PM and they are not. Just double check the hours to make sure that they are actually open or Use your phone to call them instead of trusting Siri! Just wanted to post this so people double check because if you just asked Siri, you may get the wrong information! Not sure how frequently their hours change but more frequently than Siri updates apparently.

ANY type of warning the app will be turned off would be great, half the time I choose sonic from the deals, I sit and order and then “oops it’s off” I’ve watched soooo many other people drive off without ordering (obviously annoyed)
Even a sign saying “online orders unavailable” literally anything to not make us waste our time with it. ( we did end up just getting something because we are all just tired and hungry and wasn’t bad food just the app is frustrating )

Rude discourteous service. Tried to call the manager and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I guess in a failing economy you can afford to lose business. Way to take care of your customers. Matt was the manager and Tarina was the rude bitter waitress we had the misfortune of having delivered our food. With service like this it’s obvious the only reason your lights are still on is because of the limited selection in the area. That won’t be the case forever good luck.

The food at Sonic is high prices and barely good anymore no matter where you go then you add this horrible service on top. I would rather starve than eat at this location again. The gas station across the road has better service than this sonic. Go to Speedys, they’re always friendly.
