I used my coupon to get that double smasher. I took the smasher sauce off, added ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. I also added lettuce and tomatoes to it and let me tell you something. The meat was fresh and sizzling when they brought it out to me. It was nice and hot. It was made correctly and it was an amazing burger.. The car hop was super nice and friendly very respectful. This will definitely be my Sonic from now on.

Sonic is sonic. I based my review on how long it took to get my order and that I received all the items. The food was good. It was put together well, packaged well, and it took an acceptable amount of time to get to our car.

Was late so used the app had a biggish order only thing wrong was one drink. I checked receipt to make sure I didn’t hit wrong. Ordered using the Sonic App. Arrived and followed instructions to let the establishment know I was there. App didn’t work. I pressed the call button and spoke to a young lady who laughed loudly at my delimna with the app. Another person came on the speaker and assisted. Very unprofessional behavior from the first person.

Not sure what’s worse the food or the service. I remember when sonic used to be reasonable good. Now the servers are rude, the burgers are stale, the grease the fries are cooked in taste old and unpleasant .

Ordered at 8:45 and waited 20 min for my food through the drive through. Now, I would assume that the food was being made somewhat fresh due to the time it took. Jokes on me. Got our food and I would guess that my food was made probably around 6pm. It was garbage. I know that it was all my fault choosing Sonic in the first place, and believe me, I won’t make the same mistake twice. But if you read these review, don’t waist your time with this location.

Stopped here for lunch, the wait time to order was around 15 mins. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I was completely dry like it was sitting in a warming drawer and also an order of cheddar bites which were hot but tasted old like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Been to this Sonic before and the wait time to order was the same which tells me it’s a management issue. I noticed one carhop to be delivering food and taking all the stall orders which explains the long order times. Maybe another carhop or 2 would help??? If McDonald’s and Chick fil A can operate with a store full of emoyees maybe Sonic should take notice!
