We stopped at this location for dinner and found the store to up to par. Items were hot and tasted fresh. Our car hop was very nice and treated us with respect. She went the extra mile to keep our visit a positive one. We ate one bacon cheese burger on Texas toast, and a bacon cheese burger with jalapenos added. I forgot to order and when asked if they could put some on they had no problem doing so. I would recommend this location and we will be back.

Just placed an online order. They’ve started putting an extremely light amount of sauce on the burgers, so we ordered “extra mustard” for my wife. What we received was downright disrespectful. I would guess at LEAST 1/8 cup of mustard, probably closer to 1/4 cup. It was spilling out of the wrapper when we pulled it out of the bag. Called the manager, and his excuse was that they just received a complaint of too light on the sauce. What a joke. This was an employee being a jerk just for the sake of being a jerk. Threw the burger away.

Went to two locations to get the 6.00 smasher deal . First to hw97 location and was told for 3 6.00 deals it would be 34+ ,when asked about the deal was told the mgr said it would be the same price, told them to cancel and drove to the Adam’s rd locations. Again same order, asked first and the after ordering was told it would be 37+$$, again asked about the special and she removed combos and again was told 34+$. Once again told them to cancel and drove to side of building and ordered on line (which is not required) and got order for $22.00 . WOW

The worst experience in my life. I never get mad at things. This was ridiculous. To start off they couldnt understand me. Every word I said she kept saying “what was that”. Then I asked for mozzarella sticks 3 times and she didnt even put it down. The thing that made me made was I ordered the sonic burrito the #15 it’s not the right burrito gave us the wrong side orders the were all large and we got all small. Then to top it all off our drinks were terrible the coke doesnt even look like coke. You cant even read the receipt. Tried calling them about it but busy line. Just a terrible place. Food was all cold to even if it’s not the right food at least heat it up!

I frequently visit and order a large ice and on occasion my daughter and I order food. I have most of the carhops names but won’t list them so I don’t leave anyone out. The kids working here (I’m an older lady so they are kids to me). Are exceptional. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are so sweet, have good manners, and are respectful….even when short handed. They deserve some praise because they try hard and do a great job. Like I said I frequent often and not a bad experience. I have health issues and their faces brighten my day! Good Job, kids!

I want to apologize for my horrible attitude at first with the lady who took my order. I was getting annoyed with the way she spoke but I immediately realized how others feel when I speak to others ( I have a hispanic accent) She was running all over the place running food and taking orders. She was amazing!
