Your sonic in Jenks do make the best hamburgers and I’ve tried alot of Sonics. But here lately their tatot tots taste like old grease, which in turn made my hamburger taste like it. And today I got their fries, greasy, chewy and tasted like old grease. Need to change their grease or filter it better. Ugh!

Wish 0 stars was an option, surprised I haven’t written a review sooner. I’m actually sitting at the drive through right now, she asked me what I wanted to order and then just stopped responding completely. I can hear workers to through the speaker and they are just ignoring me and pretending I’m not there. This has happened countless times. This place’s customer service absolutely sucks and I cannot even believe they are still in business.

They do not answer the speaker, you can hear them come on as if they are going to take your order and then it goes silent, and the red button is activated so there for you cannot push it again, you are simply just ignored. This has happened to me at least 4 times over the past couple of months and today was my last attempt, I pulled into a stall around 8:30 this morning, pushed the button, was ignored, I immediately pulled out of that stall and into another one and the same thing happened, crazy thing is I was the ONLY car in the parking lot other than 2 others in the pick up stalls. Do not plan your breakfast here if you are on the way to work or plan your lunch here if you are on a time crunch and for sure don’t wait for them to answer the speaker because they won’t!!

7:20ish pm. It’s dead there. Sat for over 15 minutes and no one ever came with our order. It was 1 plain sundae, 1 mini with MnMs, and 1 dr pepper. This sonic has always had the slowest service.

Ordered online, checked in at restaurant. Waited 10 minutes past my order ready time, for our 2 drinks. Pressed button to see when it was coming, only to have no one answer. Had to leave and call the store, only to be told I couldn’t have a refund, because I was checked in, and my order was on the lot. Then I was told it was my fault for “moving around” saying I had checked in the drive through. Which I didn’t.
Then I got told I’d get a refund on my card and hung up on.
Jennifer was busy, and handled me like I was a child, worth no explanation.
If you want to get blamed for things you didn’t do, or have someone tell you , you can’t have a refund when they haven’t givin you your merchandise, go here, especially when Jennifer is working.

I’ve visited this location several times in the past. However, the last two or three times I’ve attempted to visit I’ve spent 10-20+ minutes both in a car port and in the drive through, waiting for someone to take my order. It’s never occurred and I’ve left out of frustration. They’re never any other people waiting for orders, in the car port or drive through. Not even an attempt is made.

It was good food but service could have been a lot better had to push the red button 2 times the first time we pushed it said we will be with you soon then it went blank and had to push it a second time. Other than that it was good

Tried to order today their patio order thing has been broken for weeks. So walked up to a stall to order they would not accept my order as I am not in a car. Nevermind they could have taken the order and pushed me to the patio. Forcing me to use their app? No thank you. Instead of figuring out a solution to appease the customer they lost a customer one that has ordered from them for years. Bad service

I love Sonic, always have, but I do not like this location. I have ordered ahead two different times here. The first time it took 10+ min past the promised time to bring out our order.
On the second occasion, I parked and typed my stall number into the app—just as the app instructs. After 10 minutes of waiting, I got out and tapped on the door and asked if my order was ready. (The location was not busy and there were 3 people working.) I was told they had it ready and would be right out. Another 8-9 min later, the order is finally brought out along with some sassy instructions that I’m supposed to go through the drive-through for pick up orders.
Going through pick up line is not what the Sonic app says to do or even what the workers said when I went in. If this location wants people to go through the drive-through for pick up orders, then the Sonic app needs to be corrected or a sign installed for their directions.

The chili dogs are awesome. I love Sonic chili. Unlike the nasty greasy chili accross the street at Coney Islander. That place is disgusting.
The owner is more concerned about grammar than the gross chili.
