If i could give zero stars I would. Came through the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of us. Was greeted with “hello?”. We told her several times we could barely hear her. She gave us their normal greeting, so we gave them their order. After a long pause, all she got was the a drink. We gave our order 2 more times, then she gave us our total. The car in front of us appeared to be having issues as well. (That should have been a clue that we should have gone somewhere else) Got to the window and waited. We gave them our order again, just to make sure they heard everything. They give us a bag and 2 drinks. The burgers were not right and one drink was wrong. We explained that the burgers were missing the vegetables. Leo the manager stated that they did not come with vegetables. We stated our order again. He leaves, a few minutes later comes back and once again asks what our order was. We explained what we were wanting again, after the 6th time of giving our order, Methany chimes in from behind Leo and cops an attitude saying that she never took our order. (This is after we paid) Hands down worse service I have ever received from a fast food place. Will not be back. I also asked for a contact number for the owner or store manager to file a complaint. I was informed that they could not give out that information. When asked how to file a complaint, I was told to call the store some other time…

Don’t know what’s going on with this sonic lately. Last few times I ordered a chili dog they put it in the BOTTOM of the bag with stuff on top of it, then we order a couple $6 smash burger combos with no tomato add mustard no ketchup and both came with normal loadout not what we ordered. Then today I paid for 4 chili dogs and a fry, only got three of the chili dogs I paid for. YALL NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL WITH CUSTOMER ORDERS!!!!

This sonic continuously let me down.
I waited 40 minutes for my food and had to call them. Waited another 20 minutes.
I ordered a real fruit slush and an oreo sonic blast. But for some reason, they mixed both the slush and the blast together into one drink and refused to take it back.
Their ice cream machine is always broken and they don’t tell you until you place an order.
I drive up and an employee waved at me, saying they are understaffed, so I drove off.

I ordered 3 drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks during a very slow hour, and we’re the only car there. When I arrived and checked in it took 15 minutes before we pushed the button to ask for our order and was told it would come out when ready. We then waited another near minutes. They did give us free drink coupons in the end and were super sweet when we got our order.

This sonic literally sucks. hate to be so blunt but we’ve come here on multiple occasions and it constantly disappoints. first time, they won’t take our order because they turned their grills off 45 minutes early, and this time, they take our order and money but take over 30 minutes to get it out. we order two combos- simple order. do not recommend.

I pulled up, I pushed the button to order, then I sat for 20 minutes. No one came on for me to order. This was at 7:00 PM on a Wednesday evening. There were 4 cars total in the lot, I would have to assume some were staff. I gave up and went to Slim Chickens.

I ordered ahead to pickup a single drink. Just one. I’ve been sitting here waiting for my drink for 11 minutes. No sign of anyone coming. The person in the mobile pick-up spot next to me has been here longer than I have. People going right on through the drive thru. One other car at a stall. Not busy at all. And as I’ve been typing this we’ve reached 14 minutes of waiting. For a drink. Just one. A soda. Not even a shake or anything. I’ve only seen one employee come out of the building twice this entire time to bring one person a shake and bring them change. It’s been a good 8 minutes since then.
Just to give a final time it took 23 minutes to get my drink. Somehow they missed my order? Or missed that I arrived? Not sure which. But seriously?

Done with this location. Specifically because of the shitty closing crew they have. Worst customer service ever. I will be driving out of my way to go to the one that’s a little further down the road. They don’t turn their lights on at night so you think they are closed. They’ll take your order you just can’t see the menu. They’ll have you ordering in the damn dark. You could pull up at 8:30 or 9:45 and they’ll have those damn lights off. It’s so rude. THEY CLOSE AT 11 MIND YOU. I asked why they do that and they said it’s “automated” and that this was a choice made by their gm. They also will cut you off and just read you your total if you order more than 3-4 items. They have some major issues going on at this location and WILL be going out of business if they keep this up. My boss would fire me for this kind of behavior. I’ve never seen a business so allergic to money. This location really gives the brand a really bad name. Hope they can resolve the issue before it’s too late. Do better Sonic!

Just ordered some lunch from here and it was fresh and quick. The other two times I had visited, the wait was a bit excessive, but my food was fresh then, too, so the wait was worth it.
I downloaded their app today and when I went to place my order, it stated that strawberry slushies weren’t available. I tried another flavor, but had the same error message. I closed the app, drove up there, placed my order, and they brought out a strawberry slush. I’m not sure where the breakdown of communication occurred, but it would be nice to have it fixed, since I would have had a half-price slush through the app.
Additionally, the carhop who brought out my food was friendly and professional and deserved the tip. Don’t forget to tip your carhops!
