This is what a ultimate meat and cheese with no sausage sub bacon well done looks like from this sonic. Picture was taken right after I open burrito I didn’t even open the inside because the burrito was so poorly wrapped I could notice instantly the order was wrong. On top of the horrible workmanship of the “burrito” I waited around 15 minutes for this unfortunately I didn’t check my bag until I got home. Called the establishment had to return the burritos and got a refund for the food. Figured I would just go across town and order from a better sonic. I never leave bad reviews but when I only wanted to get my food go home and eat this caused extra gas and an extra 20 minutes of travel just to get food done correctly. Also no one seemed to care or be apologetic for the inconvenience.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places but I eat here a lot on weekdays for lunch and the employees always give excellent service and the food quality is always good. They’re fast and have never messed up an order of mine. Wish other fast food places ran their spots the same way.

Third time I ordered onion rings from this location and had to throw them away!! Breading tasted nasty, tasted like fried earlier then refried, with soggy mush and tasteless very small onions. They don’t even come close to other Sonic onion rings!! I will not be back!!

Fast food that’s very slow. They seem very understaffed and shouldn’t be with the prices they’re charging. Don’t pick a stall if you’re just ordering a drink or are looking for a fast meal. The workers that are running the food deserve their tips and it’s a shame how few there are. Also some stalls are broken, again, they’re getting money for all these collaborations and advertisements. FIX THIS, the old one that’s now a dispensary or whatever never had these issues and if they did it was fixed way quicker.

Sucky service very unsanitary work area disgusting. I would say eat out of a dumpster is just as safe and sanitary as here at sonic on westside of Bartlesville Oklahoma

Don’t stop at this Sonic!
We stopped at this Sonic location after a 3-hour drive. We asked about using the restroom before ordering and were first told we were not allowed. After returning to our car, an employee said we could use the restroom. After washing up, we ordered a Sonic cheeseburger meal, a Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger meal, a Cheese Coney Dog, and a Chocolate Shake (after being told they don’t have malts). The food delivered was not hot. The burgers were awful as the “meat” did not look or taste like beef. The fries were not good. And the shake was thin and the chocolate was not good. This turned out to be a terrible lunch stop.

The food is usually pretty decent. However tonight I got two combos…made them both large. This does not look like a large cheese fry to me. They barely cover the bottom of the tray. Can’t help but feel a little ripped off tonight.

I have pics of the burger I received. 3.99 for this burger is crazy. And to Methany at the drive thru window, I don’t tip anyone at Wendy’s or any other drive thru. I suggest if u want tips, try car hopping. None of yall are entitled to our money so stop acting like it!!!!
