Everytime I have went to this sonic my order is wrong or old. I went tonight to get a hot fudge shake it was completely white I asked her where the fudge was ans and she said ours is white finally she offered to make another I asked why I didn’t get whip cream she said they were out and no cherry but there was a drop of cherry juice but no actual cherry. I have bought shakes there on 3 different occasions and everytime they were supposedly out of whip cream and evidently cherries. But I still have to pay full price for an incomplete shake or nasty food. I will never go back.

My dog was drowned in mustard..
I was physically cringing every bite, it was FAR too much mustard to be “easy.”
The drinks were correct for the most part but is it not standard for the limes to be squeezed into the drink instead of just being sat on top of the drink?
The twisted lime additive doesn’t do anything but turn the drink brown I’ve noticed as well..
The tots were fine, nice and golden.

If sonic is going to have promotions like the $1.50 mozz sticks on Tuesdays and the chili coney deal of Wednesday and when they have new items like their new salted carmel coffee. THEY NEED TO HAVE ALL EMPLOYEES KNOW ABOUT IT. I’m sick of the employees being confused and my coffee always comes out different and in different sizes and they never do the promotions properly one Tuesday they charge me the mozz sticks promotion price and the next Tuesday I get charged over $30 for the mozz sticks and the employee are always confused about it. I’m so tired of it. Not many places to eat around here and they need to get it together

Girl taking our order was in a big hurry rushing me, and then she sent out the wrong food. Slow down and listen. No salsa for my burrito and this thing tastes like a dirty grill. No cheese on it either. Very disappointed. Literally pulled black grease from the grill out of my burrito. YUCK!!!

I use the Sonic on Waterloo to pick up my nieces favorite drink, a couple of times a day. She is recovering from back surgery and LOVES the ice from there.
Each morning I show up near opening and order the exact same drink, and do the same each evening.
Not only do these folks know me and just how my niece likes her drink (Rt44 diet Dr. Pepper with compacted full of ice), but they often ask about her or ask me to tell her they hope her recovery is going well.
Some of the nicest folks I have met in OK work there!

First off, I ordered from here a couple weeks ago. A good 80-90 dollar order. They forget my 12 piece wings. Went back got my order & another drink they didn’t give. Came home & the sauce looked like it was just poured on top. Shook it off & now I come here for lunch & get this BS. This sonic I use to talk good on & now its going downhill with the mess ups & poor food construction. I’m DONE.

Ordered food on app. Wouldn’t check in when I got here. So they told me to pull in drive through. Sat her for over 20 minutes and asked cat hop to check on my order she rudely replied they are working on it. Order was supposed to be done 20 minutes prior. Pull up to window get to talk with this peach again. She then tells me food is still gonna be a while rudely again. Kate Lynn is the rudest fast food employee I have ever dealt with. Will not be back here
