Only putting 1 because 0 isn’t an option. Can’t think of a single time my order has been right. Ordered a shake and only got the cup! Incredible work.

So I did reach out to the owner(s) and spoke to two different people. One said he was the owner with his dad and the lady said she was a manager. The male was friendly but did not want to take ownership of this construction failure. Kept saying that people (Elk City folks, this is you!) keep hitting them and that’s why they are there. Obviously, people around the US can enter these without hitting them WITHOUT the oversized barricades but, I digress. The lady, on the otherhand, was quite rude and unsympathetic. Neither one wanted to do anything to solve it, which would be to re-design the approach angles and remove the oversized, misplaced metal protection frames. I’ll not visit this location, EVER, and hope others will stay away. They obviously need new managers and owners with a compassionate side to treat all customers with respect.
So, all of the stalls have had the menu screens modified with a squared, steel frame to protect the screens. The problem: the approach and departure angle has been changed so that some stalls are much more difficult to enter/depart from. Manager was much more concerned about his screens vs having the stalls angled properly. Visitor, beware. I won’t visit this store again as long as the yellow steel is installed.

Ordered online today and when Jaquelin came out to bring my things she brought me a regular oreo shake when I ordered a chocolate one and also it was completely watered down so when I asked her to bring me what I ordered this is what I got. and then she proceeded to run off and talk to someone in a car ma’am do your job right or don’t do it at all.

The past couple of times I went, there’s something they forgot to put in my order. This time they forgot my cheese sticks. When I went back to inform them of the issue, they didn’t even check with the one who bagged our order first they just said if I was lying, along with some unfriendly attitude. Why would I lie about 4 cheese sticks? Because I paid for it but I didn’t get it so i went back to ask for it. I also asked for my tip back for this attitude. The way the deal with issue is very unprofessional. I tried to ask for the manager’s number, she ignored the question and later said she is the manager. She did apologize at the end and i did get my cheese stick back.

Stopped in while road tripping and I ordered a Reese Sonic Blast, with whipped cream on top. They forgot the whipped cream, I had to send it back. I ended up with a nasty soupy mess. Tasted like milk, with only that little bit of Reeses on top. Extremely disappointed.

Good food and service, but staff on the drive thru weren’t aware of the new pulled pork sandwiches or the new fish sandwich. That’s a lack of communication or training. They need to have someone check the orders as they frequently leave something out. Everyone is nice and some of the food is very good. But, they need to let employees know of new items.

Not the best Sonic around. The speakers and microphone at the drive in spots are pretty bad. I had to yell for the worker to hear me and I could hardly understand what she was saying through the speaker. My drinks were good and the workers were nice but the building is getting run down.
