I used to love this sonic and after multiple trips with orders being messed up and old food i stopped going, matter of fact didn’t go back for years. Today I went back it was early and I ordered chicken strips and fries to be shocked at how fast it came out as I even told the car hop that and soon realized why. The fries were old and hard and the chicken strips were old ,dry and just simply tasted aweful as they were maybe from the night before and just warmed up . I do believe I won’t attempt this again for another few years.

Got orders wrong, footlongs were 2 small hotdogs put together. Multiple forgotten items that had to be corrected. Took longer than necessary, overall getting KFC vibes and they didn’t last long with the same kind of issues.
Please tell me this is a foot long when there isn’t any it’s less overall.

** 02/06/2026** once again this sonic let me down!! The manager on duty had my burger remade and its perfect! But EVERYTIME i order food from here, it has to be remade! I know i cant be the only one? I honestly dont understand why i keep giving thos place a chance. Its my own fault at thos point!

I just love buying food i cant eat! Cold stale fries with chili on top! Ordered a burger once, and after the second time of them messing it up, I just passed on the burger. Seen a review where they said “consistent” thats appropriate! Consistent at crap food! People just don’t even care anymore about the quality of the food. They just do the bare minimum to get the check..

Usually get great fast service and love using the app to order ahead. Last time it took them over 15 mins even when ordered ahead once I pulled up to get just a burger out to me. But I love the slushes

Both the manager and the worker this morning was very rude to me and my father and the truck driver that was n front of us I’m will not be back to this sonic till worker and management with better attitude. Food is fine here, it’s just the last three times I’ve ordered my lunch it’s takes them roughly 20 mins to cook the chicken and they have still yet to get my size that I’ve ordered correctly. Friendly people, I just don’t think they like to read very much.

Breakfast burritos were ok. Dry but fresh. Service, dude handed us a bag. The atmosphere? Literally in our vehicle surrounded by menu boards. It’s Sonic 2024 folks. Not 1965. They do as little as possible to collect that paycheck.
