Can’t get orders right & burgers are always cold. Sucks!! I would rather wait 20 min to get hot food as I would get food fast & it be cold! If you actually read the reviews I don’t know how this place is showing 3.5 stars.

They mess up your orders almost 100% of the time. You have to wait on average 15-20 minutes. It was 30 for us tonight to get cold food and the wrong things. They of course forgot the sauce. I always tip hoping for a better outcome that never happens.

20mins in the drive thru when I was first in line. Asked for a receipt a they said I’d have to wait till I got my food. I’ve never spent money and been told I’d have to wait for a receipt. That’s 20mins in the drive through. 20mins of gas burnt for overpriced swirl

Horrible not even going to wasted any time on this review. The owner could be doing better but the kids working here have crummy attitudes. They also try to serve yesterday’s food I guess cause they are so slow. Well thank the crummy attitudes and food quality for that. I sure would be kicking myself for owning a lousy place like this. Every time I go to this location I regret it. Food is garbage and service is worse. I ordered a drink online and took them 20 mins to bring it to me once I checked in. Once they gave me regular coke instead of Coke Zero. When I went in they said coke zero was out and needed to be changed. That’s why they gave me coke. Ignorant people.

Ordered a Supersonic Breakfast Burrito which is supposed to have tots inside. Got home, realized no salsa in the bag. I started eating realized there were NO tots inside the burrito, just cold egg, sausage, tomatoes and onions. Too bad this location doesn’t care to answer their phone, and we have to call corporate for a refund.

This place has gotten terrible. I hadn’t eaten here in quite awhile. Figured I’d give it a try again. I called my order ahead at 6:50 I got to the store about 7. It’s now 7:50, I’ve asked about my order 3 times… each time I’ve been told it’s ready now I’ll bring it right out. I’m still sitting here without my order.
