Very disappointing. Was excited because I haven’t had Sonic in almost 3 years. Cherry limeade was mostly limeade with very little cherry flavor. My cheese fries were old, over cooked fries.. couldn’t eat them. Burger was ok. Tasted and looked to not be freshly cooked.

I ordered one drink. ONE. And they couldn’t even get that right. The girl who took my order, Kourtney, was very rude. I told her 3 times what I wanted and when I got to the window the guy took my money and handed me my change and drink without a word spoken. He shut the window so fast I had to wait for him to even look over again and then he went to fix my drink and still didn’t get it right. 0/10. The experience there is getting worse Everytime. Food is always messed up. I figured at least one drink could be done right.

Well the quality is definitely gone down over the last couple of years.
It’s also not cool that they no longer sell a regular hamburger they want you to buy a cheeseburger so you pay more and then ask them to take off the cheese that you already paid for.
It’s stuff like that that will make Sonic fail ultimately.

You are not addressing the overall Sonic menu and forcing things like cheese on hamburgers.. So if you don’t want cheese you have to pay for it and ask them to take it off. That was a cheap shot at inflating prices.

Only have 30 minutes for a lunch. I pull in to the drive in and place my order and they give me the wrong sandwich and charge me the correct price. I drive all the way home and realize this, and drive all the way back and let them know and they acknowledge they had a leftover sandwich from somewhere and instead of bringing it to me they proceed to make me wait an extra 15 minutes while they clear the drive thru and all the other customers. If they make a mistake on your lunch you might as well eat it because it’s not worth the wait. The burger they gave me had so many pickles on it I thought it was a joke, and the patties were sliding off and the buns were smooshed. That’s my Sonic experience !

It’s my 3rd time coming here and when I start taking my order the guy sounds like he doesn’t want to take my order. He sighs and says what do u want and I tell him and he says what else and doesn’t let me finish what I’m saying and then he keeps doing it over and over as soon as I’m about to speak to say what I want to order. Other than that the food is amazing

I went to Sonic on 10/30/2024 to get a order of onion rings and a large sweet tea. I waited 20 mins for it and when I called back in to see why I was waiting so long I was told they are busy and working on orders as fast as they can so I left. I shouldn’t have waited 20 mins for 2 simple items!! My family and I went back on Halloween to get corn dogs. We waited 45 mins for our order, had a carhop come to our vehicle several times trying to deliver another order. My husband told time that wasn’t our order and than have them our order again each time he came to our vehicle. When we called back in the manager on duty came out and told us they thought we left so that’s is why we had been waited so long. Than she waited us to pay for the order. I refused to pay for my order when it was clearly their fault!! She than called the GM of the store , which is her mother, to let her know we were not paying. The GM had sides with the manager until I reminded her toet the GM know it was their fault why we were not paying for the order!! The go to hell look I received from the manager while she was on the phone was very disrespectful and rude. It was very very poor customer service!!! To be the ONLY sonic in this small town and get ran by employees like that is ridiculous and needs to be addressed immediately!! I would appreciate if someone from corporate notify me please not the GM since it is the manger’s mother!!
