Our drinks we ordered were correct. The main issue we had is they brought all four of our drinks out covered with slushy and pop on the outside. They had no napkins to offer so our hands got all sticky as did our kids. Wouldn’t take much more effort to wipe down the sides of the cups before taking them out to the customers.

The staff here is completely incompetent. We ordered a simple kids’ cheeseburger meal — cheese and mustard, nothing complicated — and they still couldn’t get it right. Had to explain the order twice before the manager finally stepped in, and even then the issue wasn’t resolved. We eventually said ‘never mind’ out of pure frustration, and the manager actually laughed as we walked away. Absolutely unacceptable. This place is a joke.

No more Grilled Cheeses. They used to be so good. But Sonic must’ve made some changes. The one in Moore never made a good Grilled Cheese. This location use to have good ones, but not any more. They now use regular bread, no Texas Toast, and they’re always burned. I unwrapped it and it smelled burnt. Took a bite because it didn’t really look burnt, just really brown. But it tasted burnt too. I give up. No more grilled cheeses from Sonic.
The chili cheese coney was excellent as usual. Tots were good. Customer service was kind of lacking. It’s still a good restaurant, just so disappointed one of their niches has failed consistently.
Update: I can confirm they took D. Autry’s suggestion and placed cones in front of all the non functional stalls. My order button worked, but not the screen.

I ordered supersonic burrito and ultimate meat and cheese. First off, these burritos were sooo soooo tiny and small. The size itself was a disappointment. Now the portion was dismal and not what I am used to. There was barely anything in the ultimate and supersonic. The taste was absolute garbage. I usually go to another sonic but decided to try this one out cuz it was more convenient. Well, lesson learned. I will not be going back to this location again. And for anyone else, until they do right by the customer and make the food better. Just beware. The sonic on 12th street and broadway is wayyyyyyy better than this location.

So ordered food went to my destination 5 miles away.. Figured out I got screwed on my order.. Went back and told them over speaker. A girl comes out ask what I had; then comes back says you only had a medium tots not a large.. Is that ok? Im how petty they gone be? large vs medium? truth is they should have comped whole thing. Go to the Sonic all the time and usually get good service..but this time was different.
Used the mobile app to order 2 slush drinks and one sweet topped drink. Pulled into one of the mobile pickup spots, checked in. Almost 10 mins later, we got our 3 watered down drinks and 2 straws. One was supposed to be a sweet topped blueberry lemonade…taste like a very tart lemonade. The girl that brought it out seemed like she was not happy to be there.
Was not very busy, that is what made this so bad .

EVERY DAMN TIME I GET A FRITO CHILI BURRITO with extra cheese there is barely anything on my tortilla.And that’s all i’m eating is tortilla with a smudge of chili and cheese on it.There are no fritos in it either.I stopped eating at this specific location.Due to this specific FACT.

The manager with horrible hygiene is very rude, and thinks he can talk to employees and customers any kind of way, not to mention in the kitchen with cuts on his hands and no gloves, disgusting and very unsanitary, and yo come on the speaker,and respond with “what” instead of the proper greeting,like customers aren’t the reason you are able to have a job.I don’t know but this location has gone to hell, over the past few months, after getting sick from mozzarella sticks, ill drive to another location or to another restaurant before eating here again.I spoke to one of the servers, and the so called manager is Andy, be careful going to this location, blood borne pathogens are serious.
