Came to pick up my online order and it was missing some tater tots. So I pushed the button and let them know. The lady who answered was angry saying- I bagged it myself and there should be two in there. Then proceeds to come to my car and look. She grabbed the bag and opened it up like she was going to find the missing ones. As if I stole the tatter tots she then in a very unpleasant manner says. Well since the tatter tots are already out you’re going to have to wait for more! Like what the hell man! I paid for them I’m not leaving without them. South side location white lady with blue turquoise hair named Star is who came out to my car. Of course it took longer than 20 minutes to get a tatter tot out. Anyway they suck and have terrible attitude!

We had burgers, tots, fries, blushes, mozz sticks, and chicken stripe. Everything was really good except the chicken, those came out very over done and were mostly breading. Carhop was very nice.

I’ve been a Sonic customer for years. Today experience was to bad I have to leave a review. I can’t believe they allowed to serve that hot dog to customer, please take a look at the pictures and compare the two hot dogs. One of them is dried, hard, wrinkles, and changed color. This isn’t food safety! I love strawberry limeade! Well today I received a bitter drink with barely any strawberry in it. Disappointment as its best!

We had 2 burgers and a Super Sonic Burrito. The burgers were good, but the burrito was far from “super.” The eggs were old and obviously reheated, they did not put tots on it, all of the jalapeño were in the bottom bite (luckily, I opened it to add picante sauce), and it was very small. At least they got the no sausage part right. The drinks were correct and they made the food properly, just disappointed in the burrito. You can do better. Be better.
