I ordered a blast with vanilla ice cream and it was sour , I went back and gave them back the expired ice cream and my receipt. The employee said they would refund the blast and never did. It’s been 10 days and still no refund.

I keep giving this place a chance time after time because they are so convenient to my home, but they literally always fail anymore. They are inconsistent. Never know what you get. Chicken strip dinner looks like my kids put it together. Onion ring in five pieces breading falling off the chicken etc. Just go to the next closest sonic and save yourself the disappointments. Trust me.

Just ordered a couple chilli dogs and the bread was dry and stale. I tried to call to inform the manager but the phone just disconnects and won’t ring. Guess this place has gone downhill since I went there last which was some time ago.

I used the app to order my food. Most of the time it’s pretty decent of getting it correct. I forgot to add a tip this order on a $10 order and this is their version of “sauced” popcorn chicken. Additionally, I requested 3 ranches and didn’t receive one. If you choose to go to this place just know if you don’t tip they will mess with your order and give the minimal effort. Completely unacceptable. TLDR; don’t go here if you don’t feel like giving a max tip.

First time to go this location. They are really stingy with their sauces. They also have a super outdated menu. We tried to order off their menu and the lady taking our order made it sound like we were wrong for ordering multiple things that were listed on every menu. Food was not accurate

I ordered a super sonic double cheese burger with bacon (it had 1 little piece), minus mayo and ketchup, but add mustard only for condiments. They put mayo and ketchup on the burger and tried to wipe it off. Then about 3hrs later I was sick, like food poisoning sick.

Wrong order recieved. Wanted to try a new item and they didn’t make it correctly. No sauce and no tater tots on top of the cheesecake footlong. Called to let them know and was told I would get a call back. No one called. I guess they dont care about their customers.

Order was fast and accurate, appreciated that they didn’t hand over a complete mess from overfilling the slush drinks like other locations do. The card reader wouldn’t work, and whoever was manning the tots station today went way too heavy on the salt (and included a bunch of salt packets no one asked for in my bag lol)
