I periodically make the mistake of going back to a sonic. I did it again, and I was disappointed again. I sat for 30 minutes (admittedly too long, I know) waiting for an order for that just disappeared. I should have known something would go wrong when the system told me to pay a different price than I was told. There are a Brauns and a Burger King just down the road, go there instead of Sonic. And honestly this applies to just about every Sonic at this point.

My husband and I came this Sonic location with a coupon that significantly reduced the cost of our order, which was inherently the only reason we decided to visit. We ordered, waited to pay until we received our order so we could present the coupon, and once our order arrived the carhop immediately told us that they couldn’t apply the coupon after had we already ordered – even though the transaction was still open – and that our only option was to pay full price, which we awkwardly went ahead and did. Whether it was true or not, improved customer service could have handled this situation much better.

Ordered 4 cheesy Baja chicken wraps online. When I picked them up they were cold I took them back they microwaved them and couldn’t get the wrappers off them with the tortillas ripping. So I took them back and asked them to remake them and Tyler the cook rolled his eyes at me and and took them. Your job is simple.

THIS IS A GENERAL REVIEW FOR ALL SONICS, NOT JUST THIS LOCATION! It saddens me to say this is one of the worst meals I’ve had at a SONIC. I ordered the 3 piece Crispy Chicken Dinner for $7.29. In the past 4 years or so, the food has steady declined in flavor.i was not asked what kind of sauce I wanted, & i forgot to tell them,, I was given no napkins. When I opened the box the Tots were Extra crispy, not soft like the past, & I almost laughed when I opened the gravy. It appeared to be colored water, it was that thin. Even the onion ring was a generic, frozen taste, certainly not the flavor of the ORs of the past. Even the 3 small pieces of chicken were over cooked.
I’m not sure what big chain bought SONIC a few years ago, but they did them no favors. The quality no longer is worth the price. The one thing that was still good was my cherry-vanilla Coke.

Got a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger. Asked for ketchup and pickles on it, my ticket was wrote correctly. Instead got a room temp burger slopped with mayo and mustard, no tomato or ketchup. Ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and asked for Marinara only, got one single Marinara and two ranch that we won’t use. My grandmother’s food was actually cold, probably since they handed it to me NOT in a bag when the temp outside is 27 degrees. Honestly, getting tired of having to check my food every single time I go here and it’s never correct. Even when we complain nothing is done about it. One review won’t do anything, but maybe people will go to different locations. FYI ticket asked for 4 ketchup packets and 4 mustard packets. 0 mustard and 2 ketchup. Don’t bother offering online ordering if you aren’t going to read it.

As you can see on my clock, it is 9:49 and they have already turned off all the lights and wouldn’t sell me a bag of ice. Even though I had already waited 18 minutes, yes 18 minutes for a mobile order that I had to call in and ask about. The guy was rude when he brought me order out and told me that they weren’t accepting any more orders. Ok, MAYBE I can understand if I had a food order or if I had not ALREADY waited nearly 20 minutes for an order that was only 4 drinks. They have gone downhill big time. To the franchise owner, you have got to be losing business due to the poor performance of your employees. To the manager, I don’t know what to say when this is all you have got to work with. Guess I will just start driving to a different location that luckily still has decent employees.

Made the mistake of going to this location… We ordered a corn dog and it came out completely scorched… I asked for a replacement and the second one was burnt too! At least we were able to remove the top part .. it wasnt worth asking a third time.

Are they preparing the food with their eyes closed or what?
