Overall a bad experience nasty oil soaked fries that have been sitting in the drop bucket for hours taste like, I have worked at sonic 4 different times and I know how things go…. But to send out crinkle fries that are soggy because they have been reheated multiple times….? Or a slush that is completely melted only a little chunk left frozen…. Maybe that my Dr Pepper had NO ICE… and it was order with extra…. & it tasted like all the ice they did put had melted… placed my order around 5:50 or so and got there around 6 didn’t receive my order until almost 6:30 no body came and bring my drinks or anything if the “food was still cooking” why’s it still taste so badly?

Made an online order and checked in, it took 20 minutes before I got my food. I’ve been to this location before and the service is usually good, that’s the only reason I’m not rating any lower, but people with much bigger orders were getting served all around me and I had only ordered a burrito and a coffee. It was busy, I wouldn’t complain if it took a bit more time than usual, but it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make a Frito chilli burrito and a Carmel toffee coffee.

Got a large chili cheese tots and a drink for me and a large chili cheese fries for my wife. The fries and tota were very hot and the drinks were very cold (even without ice). It was very good.

Customer Service was absolutely awesome because of Morgan and staff, there service included friendly smiles which is something that’s been veryyyyy hard to find these days..We take the time and gas to drive out of the way passing two sonic locations because of the great service and food they always provide…kudos keep up great work

This location was super slow. I only ordered a medium lemonade with no ice, a pretzel, and a large fry. I waited at the window for 10 minutes. Cars were actually pulling off behind me. My lemonade was just water. They had to replace that. When I got my fries and pretzel, the bag was soaked in grease. The fries seemed old. They were brown and grease soaked. Grease ran down my face when I bit into my pretzel. The experience was terrible, and the food was disgusting. I was headed to an appointment, so I just threw the food in the trash. Do not go to this location.

Recent experiences at Sonic have been less than good. Current advertised special is the pulled pork sandwich. They were out. It happens. Someone had left to get more and they said we could wait. Ordered a burger instead. Then they said they had enough to do 1 more pulled pork sandwich.
This is what I got.
Dried up,barely there pork. No sauce. An extra extra toasted bun.
I want to like Sonic. They are making it hard to keep liking them.

Jesus!!! I’m not sure if they need help in this sonic or what, but I only see 2 ladies and 10 cars. I ordered my food at 10:23am on the app and it is now 10:47am. All I ordered was a large Dr. Pepper and 2 sausage breakfast burritos.

Not my usual experience here, but; this visit was not great. I ordered in the app and went for drive thru pick up. It was slow. When we got to the window, they handed me a bag with our mozzarella sticks, and said they were working on our ice cream (2 shakes & 1 sundae). The mozzarella sticks were barely warm. 1 shake was ordered with no whip cream, they got it wrong. On the same shake, there was some black spot on the cherry. It looked awful. Of course I didn’t notice it till we got it home for that person.

They have stayed open for a long time. They are doing something right. My daughter eats their kids meals and she is a somewhat picky eater. The Kids mea we got was $5.31 for drink, 2 chicken strips, tator tots and a toy.
