Drive through on our travels to get some drinks/snacks. The fries were overdone/burned…the grilled cheese was barely melted and resembled warm bread… napkins? They had wrapped them around the straws with STICKERS, rendering the napkin useless (it shredded). Then we asked for the restroom for our kiddo and were told they don’t have any. So hard pass from us, again

Terrible customer service, the employees did not care to get my order right. My burger was sloppy and asked multiply times for multiple marinara sauces but they only gave me one ranch and one Asian sweet chili for my mozzarella sticks. Never coming to this location again. Gonna have to report to the company and regional manager.

I was served raw chicken. I returned the chicken and received a burger to replace it. The burger wrapped in grease. Will return it after work. And dispute the charges. When giving me my food, the waitress made nonsense remark. She asked me You didn’t want raw chicken?” I asked her if she would eat it? She said NO. I want a full refund because they could have killed me.

First time trying this Sonic and it was good! Someone form my work went and picked us all up 50¢ corn dogs and I got some mozzarella sticks as well. He came back and they were all super fresh and pretty solid for fast food. I can’t vouch for service as I didn’t pick them up but the food itself was good.

Part 1: I can’t believe how long I have been sitting here waiting for a super simple order for one person and an extra drink. A long time ago the screen said “Jordan is on the way out with your order”. Nope. That must just clear the stall so the service looks better and quicker than it actually is.
How would I know how many stars to give the food? I’d have to actually get it first….
Part 2: The girl was super nice when I finally pressed the button and my food came out immediately by a really sweet guy and 2 free drinks k coins AND a full refund. Sonic still rocks.

Great food made while you wait. Great diet and sugar free options You would think someone in marketing would put a menu on both sides of the parking slot so the driver doesn’t have to always read the menu. I only go by myself because of that. As a marketing business, I’ve mentioned the double menu idea to friends over the years and everyone thinks it would solve the ordering problem. I use it as an example of businesses not going through the ordering process except at corporate. Definitely increase orders with everyone in the vehicle looking at all the options. With those great pictures children would drive parents crazy to go all the time.

Wish I didn’t have to give a star! Pushed button, to order at stall # 22. Button was activated & said, they’ll be with me shortly…. 5 min later, I’m still waiting for order to be taken. The ONLY way, they got my order was for me to CALL the restaurant. Glad I left early, for work. I will NOT patronize, this Sonic, again. Ridiculous! & disappointing !?!?!!
