This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered food from this location, tonight using the app. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich no lettuce, add cheese and tomato. It was a hamburger with lettuce, no cheese or tomato. I also ordered fries which were chewy and a classic caramel shake with extra caramel which had none. I have decided I will never order here again. They simply can’t or won’t get an order correct when I have visited.

Sonic, a regular staple around here is kinda hit and mis some days. Not too bad this visit. Only issues were some onion rings were not cooked all the way through (seen at more than one store lately). Also, the touch screen would not work making it difficult to leave a tip. One bright spot was the smiling face of the attendant. That smile and a friendly attitude changes my review from ok to pretty good.

I work by 15th & post rd Sonic. I ordered 9 corn dogs 1 evening on my 15 min break & all 9 were NOT fresh. I couldn’t take them back & got stuck with them.
The next time I ordered 2 large drinks in the app, ALWAYS 1/2 price. So not knowing they stopped doing the 1/2 off I pay $8 for these. CANT YALL GIVE A WARMNING FOR THOSE OF US THAT DONT WATCH TV. PUT IT ON THE APP. MAKE IT KNOWN. APP IS SO FRUSTRATING ANYWAYS!!!
The last incident happened last night. I ordered 2 large drinks, one a strawberry slush, and the other of vanilla Coke. I take them into work and I’m told immediately oh my gosh the slush is so watered down. I said really that’s funny because my vanilla Coke taste like diet and sure enough it was Coke zero and I wasn’t getting screwed on these I thought. So I go back tell them something is wrong with it diet blah blah blah they give me another one. It taste identical maybe a little more vanilla that time. And I call him back. I said I just need a new drink cause I don’t know what’s wrong with y’all‘s Coke but something’s wrong just give me a vanilla Dr Pepper. I threw it in the trash because I don’t know if it’s the vanilla was rotten. I don’t know what was the problem but I could not go back again and I couldn’t wait anymore for a good drink. I don’t know what is wrong with that sonic but y’all have issues and now I will be going to 711 and using their nasty fountain machine because y’all need some new management or something

I love Sonic, but I have a disability and cannot speak, I usually follow the instructions on each stall and go to the drive thru to order via text, but this particular sonic does not have a drive thru. So I went to a disability accessible stall and honked like it says to, but nobody came, and this continued for 30 minutes and several honks, I could not order due to my disability and the workers not coming to help. 0/10 would never recommend.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The chicken strips I recieved were the size of my pinky and middle finger. I’ve honestly never seen chicken strips that small. It’s clear they knew they weren’t giving me correct portions because they overloaded my box with tator tots that were smothered in grease, inside and out. My onion rings (2) were about the size of half dollars. I also recieved no gravy with was horribly disappointing. The only thing good about my meal was the bread and drink. I will never go here again.

I went and got 3 drinks, and they messed up each drink. I ordered a strb limeade and got a lemonade, ordered a coke with 2 add ons and got just a coke. Ordered a sprite w 1 add in and just got a sprite. It seems like the people who work here need some glasses or something.

2025 – This location cannot get a drink order right now matter how you ask for it to be made. Talking to management is no use either. Will never stop at this location again.
Almost every recent visit to this location has resulted in our order being made incorrectly or the food provided not being the quality it used to be (seems like maybe it sits a while before being served instead of fresh). Attached is a photo of a sausage burrito we recently ordered. They did make it right when reported but shows the typical quality any more.

Got the best service tonight! I havent eaten at sonic in 10 years. I am typically a very healthy person and dont like to eat fast food very much. I got home late and I said “What the hey!” I was craving this sandwhich that I used to eat after I got out of school back in highschool. So I go to sonic to order and what do you know? THEY DONT HAVE THE SANDWHICH. Im like dude… this sucks, thats the ONLY thing I wanted from here. So I take my chance and ask the attendant if he remembered a sandwhich with an onion ring an bbq sauce. And he said “I know exactly what youre talking about. I just need to make a few modifications.” My order turned out absolutley perfect. Everything i was craving. Came fast and it was just a really nice overall experience. Im not sure if I am hyping this up to much because I was starving and I have only gotten 2 hours of sleep in over 24 hours so im so tired. But honestly just wanted to say Thanks to this sonic for making my hunger and tiredness a little easier on me tonight. I appreciate it.

Went to this sonic at 9:10 waited almost forty minutes for five drinks. Got three shakes and two sodas, shakes were fully melted and tasted like water. Ordered a regular Dr pepper and ended up with what seemed like a creme Dr pepper. Paid twenty three dollars to basically just end up dumping it. Won’t be coming back during night shift
