I ordered $6 meal on the app.
Order came out in 10 minutes and looked accurate. But the coke they gave me was so watered down I had to go back through the drive through for a new drink, after almost getting home. They also didn’t give me a straw both times they handed me a drink. The staff are nice when you talk to them but must be seriously understaffed or something. Somethings always off at this location which stinks because I love Sonic normally

Ordered online and sat for 20 mins after it was stated as ready and when asked I was given an attitude and was told I need to just wait. Driver through was served before me. They forgot my food for the order complete then when they gave it, it was cold. Also when calling to speak with the night manger her response “what the hell do they want?” Don’t go here service was terrible and food was cold.

Ordered a medium turtle truffle blast with extra turtle bits and caramel and a medium brownie blast with Reese’s.
First, I received two different sizes. I let them know that they are both supposed to be mediums. The guy tells me they are mediums so I show them to him. He apologizes and takes the small. No big deal. The next cup he hands me is a medium cup that isn’t filled all the way. The caramel and Reese’s are missing too. Used to places putting such a small amount of toppings but that’s why we ordered extra. Only for the bottom half not to have anything. There was maybe 3 other customers present so there isn’t even the excuse of them being busy. Not going back to this place. Better to hit the Dairy Queen down the street.

The store is filled with young women that are definitely not aware of their surroundings or flat do not care . Extremely loud, reach in front of you, and smell of extracurricular smoking. Out of alot of products, flat irons, sugar scrubs, different shades of base in the more warm tones.

Almost every time I go to this particular sonic event going through the drive thru I get asked if I need my change back. Even when I just get a drink I always tip at least a dollar. I have now started tipping nothing when I’m asked to tip.

Absolutely the most rude and disrespectful individuals work at this establishment morning shift and day shift is fine but night shift rude disrespectful multiple times I have picked up both Uber Eats as well as doordash orders from this establishment it states explicitly on both apps do not enter the drive-thru however every time I show up there they force us to enter the drive-thru that is not the policy that the restaurant has set it’s the policy that some power tripping employee You Know Who You Are set for herself because she doesn’t want to go outside it’s called do your job it’s really not that difficult if you don’t want to work there maybe go find somewhere else to work and I’m sure I’ll get the same cookie cutter response that everybody else has got news had a negative review here how about instead of giving us a phone number to contact and call you guys go monitor your restaurant and actually pay attention to it
