First time I’ve had an issue with them. So I downloaded the app which has some great deals on food and drinks. The day before I walked up there and ordered one of the deals they had off the app. No problems. The next day I did the same thing and tried to order another deal off the app but was told I would have to order it through the they went on to explain how they could not put the discount through their system it would have to go through the app which they had no problem doing it the day before so I don’t know what the problem was well then the app kept buffering wouldn’t let me order anything just spent like 10 minutes trying to do. Hungry and frustrated I just ordered some fries that came out to be very crispy almost too hard to eat. I’m just going to remove the app since I can’t use it at Sonic.

I made a mobile order and the employees were just showing up for work. I understand people have lives and things happened. I did speak with one of the employees and told them that are like to cancel my order but I couldn’t do it from the app she stated she would take care of it and asked me if I wanted to wait I’m not able to wait because I have to go to work. I was hoping to see a refund shortly after or cancellation notice and the Sonic app does not allow cancellations and apparently the employee did not cancel my order. So now I have to dispute the charge with my debit card. I tried contacting The Establishment with the phone number listed in Google or nobody answered. I try not to use this location for the same reason always seems like there’s some kind of issue or nobody’s there to work .I was just trying to save time this time around. Go to a nearby Sonic and save yourself the headache.

I ordered five Sundays for my family and instead of putting the toppings on top they put me at the bottom of the cup and barely any for $3 Sunday so not worth it then I tried to call they won’t answer the phones I recommend not ordering from them

Sonic – Excellent Food & Outstanding Service from Ms. Dash!

Let me tell y’all about the sweet lady named Dash over at Sonic! Baby, when I say she gave me the kind of customer service that made me smile all day. I mean that! From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with so much kindness and positive energy, it was like sunshine in a human form.

She made sure my order was hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. You could tell she actually cared about her job and the people she serves. That type of service is rare these days, and I appreciate her for going the extra mile with a good attitude and a warm heart.

The food? Delicious, honey! But it was Dash that made the whole experience even better. Sonic, y’all better hold on to her because she’s a gem!

I’m not giving one star, because y’all aren’t completely horrible. However, service could be a lot better. The charged me $3.99 for a Picklerita slushy, which is fine but then they didn’t put any of the pickle Boba in it and just gave a regular slushy that’s basically only worth a dollar. Basically got scammed there. Then the whole reason we went to Sonic at all was for the free shakes for our birthday and they couldn’t even help with that like jeez

The wait time is ridiculous they always have an excuse as to why!The food is always burnt idk why cause they take forever getting it to you so it should be perfect! The amount of money you pay for things not even full. Shut down already.

They may be short staffed, but food was perfectly made and delicious. The wait time was not out of the ordinary. However, if it is packed and short staffed, then be paitent. I honestly believe most of the customers that had a bad time, were probably rude. As in, rude from the beginning and do not know how to act like a decent human being. Just due to my personal experiences working in customer service, especially in Oklahoma. If there is something wrong with your order, then all you got to do is go back through the drive-thru. And if you did not check you bag before leaving, that is kind of on your fault. Thank you guys!

Do not go here. There is a Sonic 5 minutes away, go there!! This sonic is just horrible EVERYTIME. don’t waste ur money!!! I already have to tell them how to make the food and now they can’t even give it to me without hair lol..
