I ordered a Route 44 Coke with easy ice and it came full of ice. I’m not sure how this could happen as I ordered in the app so there was no miscommunication through the speaker.

I haven’t been to sonic to eat since I worked there 3 years ago. Well, today we decided to try it out here in OKC. Well, this was by far the worst one experience I have ever encountered at a sonic. We came in at around 6:20, we pushed the button and it took a bit to answer (it happens I get that). When the woman came over the intercom, she was RUDE from start to finish. I asked for no lettuce on my #4 sandwich. There is lettuce. When giving a total, she cut off before the total was finished. She brought food out to the vehicle next to us and she was like here…ummm as someone that was a manager for sonic for 3 years, that is not how you deal with customers AT ALL! You would have failed the mystery shopper immediately. When our carhop came out, she DID NOT bring our receipt, make sure our order was correct, or even smile.
My wife got corn dogs and they are OLD! Like you can tell they are from hours ago!
Definitely will NOT be back.

Raw burger wasted my time wanted some lunch while I’m at work I had to come back to get this burger fixed. Do it right the first time so you don’t have to fix it later. The pink was all mushy.

Blackout slush float wasn’t bad, tastes like an undescribable fruit ice cream when mixed together. Was not a fan of the sprinkles but they are pretty. It is very difficult to mix together, recommend using a metal spoon. Solar eclipse glasses are free with purchase.

Says they are open but no car hops working the stalls, only the drive thru and mobile orders but don’t let the rest of us know. So we waited foe nothing and they are close to closing, they are purposely waiting out the clock and on Christmas eve for that matter
