This is the one on sunny lane and 44th. My daughter ordered online we pulled in and check in at 403 it took them till 420 pm to ask did she make a order . We got it 5 minutes later then we had to get out of car and get their attention to get ketchup. They are slow , not perfensional , and our food was cold. Don’t go there.

Stopped in for quick drink order. Usually use my “reorder” but since we’re not in our town I made a “new” order and forgot the default on drinks is small. I wanted a 44. The car hop was very helpful and corrected MY mistake. Would def recommend this store if you’re in the area. BONUS: they don’t charge 80¢ per flavor added like my hometown does!! Win Win!

Hire a whole NEW CREW mgrs & ALL!! DON’T even waste your time at this sonic. Your better off making that drive to the one off 7040 S sooner by lumber 2. I always go to that location they actually know what their doing & the food is always on point! They actually give you chili for your chili cheese tots/fries!

I stopped in this morning for a hot coffee and tater tots. They rang me up for a iced coffee and said they had a glitch in system so it was over charging. I caught it so not sure they would have even told me. When I ordered the black coffee I asked for creamer on side. When the girl delivered it I said do you have the creamer and she said no but she would bring me some. She came back and said they were out. Not sure if she even checked as she seemed put out she had to go back in when I told them when I ordered. Who runs out of creamer??? I was not impressed with this location

Ordered on the app and the drinks weren’t brought out to us. The app said the order was completed and we couldn’t get a refund. Super annoying because we were late to a meeting and didn’t even get our drinks.

Didn’t even put peanut butter in one of the shake. There was 2 items and at had to wait 25 minutes. Their excuse was they were busy but we literally watched everyone that pulled in. If you can’t handle three orders between two people you need to have more people there. Also didn’t give me my receipt at first and I’m pretty sure it’s because they didn’t want us to call in about how terrible the service and the food was. How is my ice cream melted with 3 people waiting.

Was craving a strawberry cheesecake shake so I decided to come up to sonic to get one and they do not take mobile orders after 9 PM because they close at 10 PM so I pull in the stall and push the button and wait 10 minutes for someone to come across in a calm and tell me they are only taking orders through the drive-through right now. I attended to ask what time they close to make sure I looked at the information listed four of them was correct and the person on the other end of the microphone didn’t even give me a chance to respond. As I was fixing to leave I heard the same person come across another stall until a gentleman the same exact thing and he mentioned he had been there for 20 minutes and I had already ordered two cherry limeade‘s and had not received them and wasn’t sure why he was being told to go to the drive-through now. Very disappointed with the way the employee handled herself. Where are basic manner?!

Extremely slow service every time i come here!!
Most recently, I waited 10 mins at stall #20 without service, so I went through the drive through where I waited another 8 minutes. I told the person at the window that I think the stall doesn’t work and they said, I know, none of those work on that side. I’m all wth? At least put cones so people don’t sit there waiting in confusion
