Went up at lunch time to buy a chili cheese coney, picked it up drove back to work 15 min away, open up coney and no chili on it just cheese, drive 15 minutes back cold coney game back and asked them to make me a fresh one, they brought it back out to me saying they would make a fresh one, drove back to my shop and opened it only to find out they put chili on top of cold 45 minute old coney.
Called the manager Chris and told him I wasn’t driving back up there a third time and he said he would put my name down to make me one another time, only took my first name and acted like he wanted off the phone as fast as possible.
Not happy with this sonic At all.

Ordered from here 2 kids meals- one a cheeseburger with fries and the other chicken tenders and fries. Get home, and there’s no chicken tenders in the kids meal, no ranch, and only a quarter of the bag full of fries. Highly disappointed with this location. This has happened numerous times. The lady who took my order also acted as if she was very annoyed.

I haven’t been to Sonic in a while. Today i thought I’d give it another try and it was just as awful an experience as ever. I ordered a supersonic cheeseburger no lettuce with mustard. I get home to find it was just a regular cheeseburger and it had a very sloppy amount of mayo ketchup and mustard. It was cold and disgusting. I spent $18 and tipped the car hop $2. I guess it was a good thing I ordered the cheddar peppers because they were the only thing hot out of the burger and cheese tots. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Not shocked to see this location has such a terrible rating with such an unprofessional “GM/owner/manager” (or so he says).

Tony needs to take some customer service classes and stay off the phone. If you don’t know how to speak to paying customers, maybe leave it to the staff that can. Anyone but Hannah. She was as friendly as you were. Maybe she’s an owner too.

My wife spent $45 at this location earlier and THEY made my meal wrong. Not me, them. When I called asking to replace my meal, not my entire order, just the meal they messed up, he was so unprofessional, it was wild. He spoke to me like he felt he was above me because he is part owner of this location lol.

He was already mad I asked to replace the burger they made wrong. But when I also asked to replace my fry and drink since I had to drive all the way back there, he really got mad. He rudely refused as if I was out of line. I eat my fries with my burger. So I hadn’t touched them. I drink my drink with my food. So I hadn’t touched it. He said he would only replace the burger and he’s soooooo sorry I can’t eat a burger without bacon. Professional huh.. Well Tony, that’s what I paid for. I shouldn’t be stuck with a burger you made wrong, cold soggy fries and a watered down drink because you don’t want to do your job. Your store got my order wrong, not me. So you should be replacing the meal you messed up.

Times must be hard for you as the owner to refuse to fix a $13 meal you messed up. Why come into this business when you have no people skills? Was it worth losing multiple customers over $13? If you are the owner like you claim, I would think you would want to fix something your location messed up.

Hannah was also rude when I called back asking who the stores GM was. Before I called to ask I had been speaking to another locations GM about this and they called their manager. Then I spoke to that GM again about my recent call and they said they have caller id so they prob knew it was me from earlier and they have never heard of a store being so unprofessional.

Sonic’s drinks are so good that I almost always order one for each hand.
Bonus Bang – their burgers are delicious as are the onion rings and the tator tots!
Occasionally, it can take a little longer than it should to get your order out to your car, but I never really mind too much because it’s easy to see that they’re busy plus the order is always correct when they skate it out to your car door.
That’s why they’re known as ‘America’s Drive-In’!

By far the worst sonic in Oklahoma the car hops dont care and neither does the manager we ordered a large mozzarella sticks and a large popper simple order they got it wrong the car hop said o well I am not going back in to fix it we asked for ranch she said I am not coming back out for that either definitely no tip
