I ordered 2 of the smash burgers through the app, a double with lettuce and pickle and a triple with ketchup, mustard and pickle and the order was wrong. The lettuce was on the wrong burger, the triple was a double and my burger had no mustard and tiny amount of ketchup. I called to get it fixed and was quite calm about it, i know sometimes stuff happens but when i opened up the “remade order” it was still wrong. They didn’t fix the triple at all and threw some lettuce onto the double. This was my 1st order i’ve ever made using the app and i was excited to try it out.

Place my order, I did not even wait 10 minutes!! Talk about fast food!! Everything was fresh!!! So amazing haven’t had a Sonic meal for just about a year!! And let me tell you they did their job and it hit the right spot in my belly!! At the meal in my car in peace ✌ ️ took me down memory lane when my parents would let us eat in the car, the whole point of the various stalls right!!? Anyways Sonic crew y’all did a great Job tonight!! Keep it up I appreciate it all!!!

Will respond, “Sorry” to every negative post. Will not fix issues at hand. Simple orders should not take as long as it takes here. If you’re short handed on busier days, schedule more people. Fast food does not=rocket science.

Messiest and most disappointing food we’ve ever gotten at a Sonic..☹️
They drenched our burgers in ketchup and mustard, the tomatoes were squishy and stringy, the lettuce was wilting and bad.
Soggy bread all around, couldn’t keep the sandwiches together.
Also they were all double cheeseburgers and all 3 came out smashed and smaller than a regular burger from sonic.

I placed on the app a pick up order for a drink and paid for it. When I arrived at the store the app was not giving me an option to put my stall number so I pressed the red button to tell the staff I am here for my drink. The manger herself said,’I can’t do anything about an app order!’ I said,’Okay but I have paid for this drink already and have a receipt of my order.’ Her response was to give me a tea with no ice (my order asked for extra) and to give me half lemonade than half sweet and half unsweetened tea.
Sonic, your app has a lot of work to be done on it to fix glitches. That’s a corporate issue.
Weatherford sonic, this is not how you handle a situation at all. I go to work everyday expected to do my job and so should you. Have the day you deserve.

Let’s be real Sonic’s food is always amazing plus the ice cream is fantastic! I will say though I stop going much less cause the total price is different Everytime! One time it will be $24 than the next time we order the same thing & it’s than $30. I don’t know what is up with that. The workers are always friendly so that is a plus.

I ate at the sonic in Weatherford ok on 6-20-25. I got a chicken fried steak sandwich. I had maybe 4 bites left and noticed a long white hair in it. WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!

I’ve got 3 or 4+ years exp. working for a few different Sonics (moved around a lot). 2 of those add up to a right around 3 years. My gf picked up a couple fountain drinks for us and this (see pic) is my strawberry limeade. Do you know how frustrating it is to try to drink it with these little hand cut strawberries fighting for an exit through that tall, skinny Sonic straw. Almost every trip there has been some kind of disappoint. I once waited for 13 mins for 2 tots and 2 drinks with only 5 cars (including me) on the lot! I mean, seriously, 3½ mins tops to fry the tots, but 13 mins to get out the door. This Sonic needs to get slammed with mystery shopper until it gets it’s issue fixed or, honestly, I think it might just need new management. I’m surprised Sonic is letting this one keep it’s name, franchise or not.
