This is the worst sonic I’ve been to. Save your time and money and just go to Blanchard or Norman. Every food order has ALWAYS at least one thing wrong. I’d give zero stars if I could. The drinks always have a weird taste to them and the ice water smells like fish and tastes awful. The food is never good. They don’t make things right. Stale Fritos and barely anything at all in a Frito pie wrap (not the jr.) for almost $4 looking like a frozen taquito… Half a piece of bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. We went to the window and got looked at and ignored for a few minutes before too. I have given this place so many chances because it’s close by, but I can’t anymore. This one ain’t it. Be for real..

I dont understand why the service here is so bad…. at least the food is better than over on highway 9.

I try to keep giving this place a chance because its convenient when I get off late so I can feed the kids.

But out of about 8-10 trips here i think I’m officially done ive never had a single order come out right or even close to a reasonable time. I’ll pull in order my food and just watch car after car pull in order get stuff and leave. Ive never waited less than 15 minutes here and that was waiting for 2!!!! Cheeseburgers thats it.

I’d give zero stars if possible. This is one of the worst Sonics around and it’s fairly new. Goldsby, OK. I hadn’t been here in almost a year because it was so horrible every time I came – tried again today and immediately regret it. Do better. Better cooks, better service, better everything. My order is NEVER correct. I even order through the app so it’s written right there to follow and they still can’t get it right. I’m attaching a pic of my breakfast burrito they had the audacity to send out to me. Let’s all laugh……. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I’ve had problems with orders at this Sonic multiple times however, I didn’t complain or write bad reviews because the young folks that work there have been polite. That wasn’t the case tonight.

At the drive thru I saw three prices for their Blast desert and I assumed the highest price shown was for a large (the prices are easy to read however, the description (size) is much smaller font. The highest price I see is $5.39. I order the Blast and at the window the young lady says it’s eight dollars and change. I tell her the highest price on the board was $5.39. She says, no, the large is $7.99 and it’s on the board. I tell her that it’s not. She got huffy and said well I’ll just go out and look. I drove back to the order board and sure enough, there was not one listed at 7.99, the highest price listed turned out to be 5.39 for a medium. She said, “well, I don’t know why it’s not on there but it’s 7.99 plus tax and that just the price.” She then turned and went back inside. Someone else was at the drive thru window when I pulled up and I told her, “no thanks.”

I don’t understand how a price isn’t listed on the board but more than that I don’t appreciate the attitude I got when I pointed out the issue. Not good customer service at all.

With my order I ordered the largest order they had of crispy chicken tenders( which I said # 12 on menu)The brought the order and it was chicken nuggets. I told the car hop it was wrong and she said she would have it corrected. That is where it became ridiculous. They ask on speaker what exactly do you want and I repeated what I ordered as above. Then they sent out two other people to ask what I wanted. I pointed to #12 Crispy chicken tenders. They finally sent out what I would call 5 small chicken fingers. I was frustrated by then and my other order was getting cold, that I took what they offered and didn’t say anything more. I was very displeased, but what could I do? I just left.

food has usually been pretty alright, not better than other sonics in nearby towns, which is understandable since a lot of high schoolers work here, but in the last month specifically around 2pm the food has been so stellar and awesome, the crispy chicken specifically!!

The double burger was overly greasy and lacked flavor. While the cheese tater tots were enjoyable, ketchup was missing from the order, which is disappointing for a nearly $14 meal. The cherry limeade had an unpleasant, fishy odor, suggesting a problem with the ice machine. Overall, the food was unsatisfactory, and I’m concerned about potential food poisoning. I will not be returning to this location.

I love this sonic! Sometimes there is hiccups of course it happens everywhere! The staff is friendly and the manager is quick to fix any problems that may occur. It has improved so much in the last year. I would highly recommend this sonic. My only complaint would be that it’s in such a remote place it’s almost hidden. There needs to be signs for it on the Hwy and on the road where it is!

We did a mobile order. Got our food and the order was wrong and we pressed the button and asked her to bring out the item and instead of bringing out the correct item the employee, Cami, at goldsby sonic made us wait in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes to pick up the item. My husband even walked up to the door and she wouldn’t hand it to him she just stared at him rudely.

I am reading the hate for this sonic and perhaps I’ve just had good experiences each time- not sure. But I’ve even told my husband this is the best sonic. Burgers are always so good compaired to other sonics. So odd my experience is so different each time than the others.
