The most inconsistent sonic I’ve ever been too. They’ve increased prices and decreased portion sizes. Nothing “ultimate” about this breakfast burrito, 99% flour tortilla. Sonic is just lukewarm trash now.

It seems to take quite a while (lately) for anyone to take the order at both drive up and drive in, even at slow times. They ran out of Dr. Pepper. How can a Sonic run out of a top selling drink in peak summer hours? At least their hours seem to be more consistent.

Live very close. Went to get popcorn chicken fries and cheese bites and onion rings. Waited about 10 mins at the window watching the girls dancing instead of working. When I got my food home which is a 2 min drive. The cheese bites were still frozen the onion rings were burnt and the fries were old. I called and was told they could offer a refund or replace them. I went back and asked to speak to the person I talked to on the phone. He came out and could believe how cold the cheese bites were. Said he would take care of it Waited 25 mins. They were much better. NOT HAPPY

My family stopped at the Tuttle Sonic Saturday Afternoon. After paying 32.00 for our order, getting it home for dinner we had never been more disappointed.The drive up stalls didn’t work. We sat in the drive thru for quite some time, not even greeted at the window just told the total.

They never would take our order. Came on the mic, coughed into it then put us on hold. There was only one other customer car there. We eventually left and took our business elsewhere. Will never return to this location. It should be out of business.
