Terrible both times I went. First time just got a simple hamburger tots and a drink. Took at least 15 minutes when there was maybe 2 or 3 other cars in the entire parkinglot. Second time I gave them a 2nd chance they took 4 minutes to respond to the “activated red button” then took another 8 to get a simple breakfast burrito to me. Forgot my picante sauce and made my tea sweet when I asked for unsweet.
Absolutely the worst sonic in Norman no respect for their customers.

Worst experience ever! I sat in the drive thru for 12 min! The attendant dropped my change on ground and said My bad.. didn’t get my change I ordered a regular chili cheese, corn with chili cheese, onion, jelly, and mustard. I received a hotdog mustard, onions and relish. I ordered an upgrade of medium mozzarella cheese sticks. They were all busted and overcooked with no marinara no ranch. I also ordered a medium cranberry slush. I got a medium regular flush no cranberry when I called to let the manager know her name is Sierra about the situation that I had? She acted like she did not believe me and asked me to take back the food so that I could get a discount never apologized to customer service was the most stank I’ve ever seen. Went here with my wife on a Saturday at happy hour. There were only 4 cars in the stalls. We ordered two drinks on the app ahead of time. We arrived at 4:00 and ended up waiting 30 minutes for two drinks. We pressed the button twice to let them know, and no one ever came out — they kept saying they will have it right out.
Avoid this location if you are in a hurry. Was very disappointed by the VERY LONG wait.

Edit: seems the app dropped my order. Was able to pull it up and find the meal deal mostly canceled. Got that drink and the dipping sauces. The burger and tots were gone as was the second drink. The other burgers were there. Seems it’s not this franchise’s fault, it’s the app.

This is hands-down, the worst sonic in Norman if you’re ever in a rush, never go to this one on a lunch break because you will wait probably longer than your lunch break. I’ve never seen a sense of urgency with these people here so just before you make the mistake of going there and expecting fast food think again

Sierra the manager there is a horrible person. She needs more training on how to prepare and serve the food. Our chili cheese tater tots was old and not like we ordered with extra cheese and chili. My husband called her and she said she made them herself and I was like I would not send food out looking like that. Look at picture for proof it’s bad..

I ordered two large orders of onion rings and medium order of ceder bites. I sat there for over 20 minutes and watched 5 cars pull up and leave a d had to call back in on the monitor to ask about my order and then my order was. Brought out after I buzzed back in. Terrible, terrible, terrible

Absolutely unacceptable. While taking our order, the employee was visible and pretended to shoot himself in the head. On top of that, he kept rushing us by repeatedly asking “is that it?” and “is that all?” The behavior was disturbing, wildly unprofessional, and completely ruined the experience. Management clearly has no control over staff.

Horrible service here. They don’t listen when you order and constantly get it wrong. They almost never put napkins in the bag. They will always put you fries or Tots on top of your coney so that all the cheese sticks to the wrapper. And that’s with the sparse amount of chili and cheese They even put on there
